With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. The Workshop is a self contained unique studio style conversion. Set in the heart of the countryside in a small rural village close to the sea & moors. Paddle on the river, stroll on the beach or to the local pubs. It is a converted workshop of an old Plant Nurseries, which is now our home. It has parking x1, kitchenette, shower room, bedroom/lounge space. You will also have access to 2.5 acres of meadow and woodland which is home to an abundance of wildlife such as deer, badgers & owls.

Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.
