Historic Highland Home on Loch Ness

LisaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Although a little expensive, the views, and being in an Abbey was an amazing experience. We had plenty of room and the apartment had everything we needed including tea! The canal locks were a thrilling surprise to watch when going for coffee or ice cream. Loch Ness cruise was beautiful. Everything you could need from coffee to restaurants and gift shops to convenience store all walking distance but very quiet complex with a city link bus stop 5-6 minute walk to explore the highlands.

Sarah’s cozy, clean home was so comfortable and practical! The beds were so comfy! Our hostess was very responsive to any inquiries we gave her. Having the crib/ cot already set up for us was such a hospitable touch. We loved taking our morning coffee in the cozy window seat and soaking in the stunning views!

We absolutely loved our stay for the marathon! We found the flat to be very spacious for 4 of us and David clearly went above and beyond to think of any little extra you might need. The location is great and very central while feeling quieter and away from the hustle and bustle. We couldn’t get over the view of the castle! Would definitely reccomend

Central Fort William apt with parking - Burach 1

ChristopherRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were very happy with this AirBnb. We stay at a lot of places but this one I would highly recommend. Anna was very responsive and flexible and it was very easy to check in with a door code even when we arrived late. Anna had great recommendations all in a book and the area is simply beautiful. We enjoyed the hike up the cowhill trail right near the house. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make several meals there during our stay. The bathroom met our needs well and we would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Fort William.

What a fantastic stay! The most beautiful cottage with everything we needed, even some breakfast for our first morning. The setting was magical and so many stunning walks around. We will definitely be back! Elizabeth was so kind in showing us all we needed to know and providing information about must see's in the area. We also loved little Mindy who came for cuddles :)

Finally an Airbnb that reflects a best in class B&B ! Lynne's place was organized, so clean and so comfortable -- and what made it even better was how thoughtful she was in making her guests feel welcome ! She had continental breakfast available incase one didn't come prepared, and proactively reached out incase we needed any local recommendations or any other help. She is RARE in the Airbnb world -- so if you are visiting Oban, stay at Lynne's !

Beautiful period home on loch, wonderful views

CherylRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Our month long stay at Fortrenn was an unforgettable experience that left us feeling rejuvenated, inspired and in love with Scotland. The cottage itself is a charming blend of traditional Scottish architecture and modern amenities. It features cozy rooms adorned with local artwork and comfortable furnishings that made us feel instantly at home. The living area was particularly inviting, with a fireplace that added warmth and character to the space. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. One of the highlights of Fortrenn was the master bedroom, which offered panoramic views of the loch. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a luxurious bathtub. The combination of stunning natural beauty, charming accommodations, and warm hospitality helped to create our perfect vacation. Fortrenn proved to be the ideal base from which to explore all that this remarkable region has to offer. We hope to be able to return one day soon!

Gramercy Cosy one bedroom haven - on the sea front

CameronRating, 5 stars5 days ago
My wife and I were initially attracted by the view over the Firth of Clyde. The apartment was very comfortable and cosy and not lacking in space. In spite of being on the main road, it is set back and the bedroom is to the rear, so very peaceful with a view over the back garden. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked with more than a few basics to get you started. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Patricia is a great host.

The Jacobite View

ClaireRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Really enjoyed our stay, ideal location, we wanted somewhere overlooking the train station as we were there celebrating our Dads 90th and were booked on the Jacobite Steam train, it was a lovely surprise for him to be able to see it and all the other trains from the window. Flat was lovely and clean with everything you could need. Great location, 5 min walk to the town centre. Only slight issue for us, being tall was the bathroom was a little tight but this wouldn't stop us booking Michael's place again.

Homely 1 Bed flat in the Heart of Helensburgh

IrmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great stay at this flat – perfect for two people. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the train station, the square, pubs, and a nice selection of restaurants. The flat itself is very clean, well-organised, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need. It was a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Helensburgh and the surrounding area. While it’s perfectly ideal for a holiday, it may be less suited for working remotely due to the unreliable Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend!

Top Floor 3 Bedroom Apartment with Loch Fyne Views

StuartRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We really loved our stay here. The views are first class and it's a very short walk to the action in the village. John, the host, answered any queries we had very promptly and in a friendly manner. The flat is modern and cosy and having two shower rooms was great and check-in and out was a breeze. If I had one niggle, the flat could do with a cafetiere to make coffee but, that's really digging deep for faults. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Excellent value too.
