Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Scotland

We really enjoyed our stay, meeting the family, working sheepdogs and family pets. We were told where and when the best time to view the wild beavers, in the river at the end of their drive, and we were delighted to see several swimming there.

Magical apartment in the old abbey. Cool building to explore. Don’t miss the graveyard. We had a 6 PM check in and had a flat tire coming up from Fort William. When I informed our host we would be delayed, she actually connected me with a tire replacement company FASTER than the rental company! So, the rental company confirmed the services right away and our delay was only 2 hours. We are SO THANKFUL to our kind host! The Boathouse restaurant has the best views, doesn’t require reservations, and was open later until everything else had closed. It’s a big issue to either have reservations (even for pizza!) or eat super early before 6 pm to get food. No local grocery store. Gas station does have fruit and vegetables. We couldn’t figure out the dryer despite the directions.

Veronique's flat was one of the best experiences I've had through Airbnb. Great location, beautiful flat, and Veronique is an amazing host. Veronique's proactive communication and flexibility made this visit perfect.

We had a great few days exploring Edinburgh and staying at Castle Nest! John was a great host and the apartment was the cutest little flat. The location was perfect for us - easy to get to all the best sights and walkable to a ton of great coffee shops, pubs, and shops. Would absolutely recommend this little gem in the middle of Edinburgh!

We had a fantastic stay! The accommodations were exactly as described, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had with Airbnb. David was an excellent communicator from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. His flat is in a great area—convenient, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. He even went the extra mile by leaving us some milk and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and David was a dream to work with. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic stay! The most beautiful cottage with everything we needed, even some breakfast for our first morning. The setting was magical and so many stunning walks around. We will definitely be back! Elizabeth was so kind in showing us all we needed to know and providing information about must see's in the area. We also loved little Mindy who came for cuddles :)

This was an amazing stay! I wish we could have stayed there for weeks! My entire family was extremely comfortable and loved all the living spaces. Extremely clean and roomy! Ben’s place was nothing short of perfect. The place looks exactly like it is in the pictures and as you’ve guessed by now, the view is absolutely breathtaking. It felt like a dream staying there waking up to all that beauty everyday. He was very clear in his instructions and even left a champagne bottle out for us which we enjoyed during the gorgeous sunset, what a delightful touch. This felt like hospitality that REALLY cares. Thanks Ben, will always look for properties listed by you next time, we know we can trust then eyes closed!

Bryce was so helpful in directions and prompt in sending instructions all the time. The place is exactly like the pictures shown, neighborhood is very calm and its a well built community place. I would recommend anyone this place for sure and will be back here when i visit Scotland next time. Only thing to consider is there are only few local shops and restaurants but if you go on time and get what you want its great place to connect for places like Inverness and Isle of skye from there. Also please note that the check-out time is 10am not like your usual 11 or 12 noon as in hotel. However Bryce was so considerable to extend the time a bit based on our last minute request. Jordan & Stephanie were amazing hosts! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and appreciated their warm welcome and tips around the area. We found that the property was very well maintained and absolutely pristine!!

This is a beautiful house with a gorgeous view and a very helpful host. What more can you want? The wow factor is the view! The large windows look over the sea giving a spectacular view particularly as the sun sets. The house is furnished and equipped to a high standard. We were an extended family of 12 and there was plenty of space (incuding the bothy) for all of us. The location is very handy for eateries and shops. The beach in front of the house is rocky but there is a lovely large sandy beach 5 minutes away. Thank you Zoe for being such a helpfully host.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! The house was absolutely perfect, peaceful, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a relaxing time, and the surroundings were so serene. As expected in Scotland, the midges were definitely about, but our lovely host Angela recommended using Smidge, and it worked a treat! Angela was brilliant throughout, so helpful, responsive, and accommodating to all our needs and questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or place to stay. 100% recommend and would love to return!

Though its an expensive rental, it's a beautiful house in a convenient location. squeaky clean and very functional house. great responsive host who helped us with the dish washer trouble we had immediately. she was so kind to leave us some food gifts as well, appreciate it. we love this property!

David's place was our favourite during this one week holiday in Scotland. The location is amazing and seeing the water from the livingroom and bedroom windows was wonderful. However, what made it stand apart from other accommodations was the interior design: every single space inside the house is tasteful and cosy, and we felt at home from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and the quality of towels, soaps and shower gels are five star hotel level. David and Amanda are great hosts, very friendly and thoughtful, and it is evident that the comfort of their guests is their priority - also, we were delighted to meet them in person. We were sorry to leave after only one day there and will be happy to go back when next in Scotland.

Our week at The Stables is one of the best holidays we've ever had. Laura and Ronnie we're so welcoming and the accommodation is idyllic. It was such a relaxing week in a stunning area. There were plenty of walks to do with our boys (dogs) and resident Bertie made them feel right at home. We're still missing Bertie now!! I think I asked Ronnie for local recommendations everyday and he was always so happy to help. We'd highly recommend Nick Nairn's for a meal and takeaway pizza! The Stables was impeccably clean, perfectly equipped for our stay and an all round great spot. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Yeah got to be honest , Patricia was a blast. Very relaxed human being with great communication skills. This Lady is well versed in her local community, offering great advice on nearby and local places of interest. The accommodation was suitable to our needs and Patricia happily welcomed both of us and our 2 Dogs... The accommodation is fully equipped and there's a Costa & Subway literally next door , walking distance 30 feet/2 minutes. House is easy to locate as it's to the right of the local Petrol Station. Morrisons and Co-op walkable and can be reached in under 10 minutes from accommodation. When the tide is out and if you take your dog , your dog is going to be very happy indeed. There is a garden in the rear of the building that your free to use too. All in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you Patricia for the warm and welcome reception , the (still warm) home made bread , the fresh butter and milk. All very welcoming after a long drive...

We had an a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was perfect—quiet and very peaceful but still close to local attractions/restaurants/supermarkets. The private walled garden was great and very much enjoyed by our dog. Elizabeth was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. It really felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a lovely place to stay with amazing views over the water. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We were able to park outside no problem and took a bus in to Dundee for the day- there is a bus stop on the street. Would love to come back on a sunny day and sit outside in the garden and look out to the water. There are a lot of steps to the property and in the back garden so probably would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues but for us it was great.

Had a fantastic stay. The view from the apartment has got to be seen to fully appreciate it. Could have sat at the bay window all day and night. Lovely big bedrooms and living room. First time in Oban and will definitely be back to stay in James’s apartment.

Lovely flat at the top of the hill and close to many attractions. Nice to have parking available.

Jill is a wonderful host. Such a lovely place and we felt very welcomed and cared for. Woodside is a very interesting house to stay in. The views are amazing and the house is spacious and very well equipped. Jill is very thoughtful host who goes the extra mile in providing really nice snacks. Cove is a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We really didn’t want to leave! Thanks so much Jill!

The Butler's Basement is one of my top 3 Airbnbs. The space was fabulous, the area superb to local attractions, and transportation and restaurant options plentiful. I immediately felt at home, thanks to Gemma and James-Lachlan. My travel ans hit a snafu and they couldn't have been more accommodating. I will definitely be back soon!

One of the most, (if not the most), beautifully located places we’ve ever stayed. The house was spotless and well-equipped with amenities. Rosie was a brilliant host and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I'm so glad we decided here rather than staying in the town, which we were at first considering. Can't recommend this place enough!
