The separate bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers with access to a spacious en-suite with walk-in shower.

Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

Torlundy is a five minute drive away from Fort William and the Benn Nevis North face car park is walking distance, making it a great location for walkers, climbers and anyone wanting a break away in the Scottish Highlands. As this is my home for part of the year please treat with respect as you would your own. Well behaved pets are allowed.

The Little Hemp Cabin sits on our croft in Breakish, just outside Broadford in South Skye. It’s a small, self-contained space surrounded by open ground, big skies and shifting Highland weather. Built from hemp and timber, the cabin feels naturally warm and calm. The walls regulate temperature well, so it stays comfortable year-round without feeling sealed or artificial. Inside, the layout is simple and uncluttered, with everything you need and nothing you don’t.

Lusa Bothy is a luxury getaway location for couples on the Isle of Skye. It was the idea of the owner to renovate an old stone building into an amazing space with a feast for the senses in mind.
