Rannoch Moor is a place of peace and tranquillity, there is no noise (after the 9.05pm train) and no light pollution. Weather permitting, you can watch the stars and sunrise while lying in bed, see deer walking in the wood, experience being cosy in the midst of dramatic weather or listen to the dawn chorus. It is ideally located for visiting the historic slate quarry, golf course, grocery store and bar/restaurant which are just a short walk away. It is one mile from Glencoe Village with Fort William nearby.
