Absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic host and family. The best location in Kotor and easy travel into the old town. We will be back in no time.

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

Amazing stay , highly recommended

Milica was a wonderful host. She sent us the directions with pictures, it was very easy for us to find. The location of the house is 20 minutes from the center, the road was very pleasant and very beautiful. It was very kind of her to greet us at the door and describe the house. Everything was thought of at home, nothing was missing. Thank you, we will come again

Its a nice little spotless studio flat. Perfect for couples and couples with a kid. Host is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

What a beautiful location. The house was perfect with its own private platform on the lake which we spent mornings and afternoons on. The house itself was charming with everything needed to cater for meals. Breathtaking views which we miss already. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Aleksandar and his wife were very attentive. They answered all our questions and gave us great tips for tours and restaurants. The house is extremely comfortable, the bed is spacious and feels like it hugs you, we had great nights of rest! The kitchen had all the utensils and the bathroom is well equipped. We loved our stay, Alexandar, we already miss you!

Sandra's place is really beautifully located and the room was very nice and clean! We particularly enjoyed the warm welcome and the personal touches to the house and the experience:) would definitely come again

From the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the bay and the city. All restaurants are within walking distance and you can get to the parking lot quickly.

Everything about our stay was perfect, except for the fact we had to go home haha. This is the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. Biljana and Milan was there for us at all times and helped with everything from food, registration, snacks by the pool, awesome tips and car rides. We felt so welcomed and can’t wait to go back. The apartment was amazing. The view is even more beautiful in real life than in pictures and we were so surprised to find out we had room cleaning everyday. Definitely recommend!! 🤩❤️🙌🏼

We had such a memorable stay at Andrija's apartment! The views from all of the windows and the patio were stunning. The apartment was light, airy and sparkling clean. We slept well in the comfortable beds. I'd highly recommend Gudco Apartments and an overnight (or two) in Perast.

We absolutely loved our stay in Perast. The house is in a perfect location, close to the small markets and restaurants, and an easy bus ride or 20 minute taxi to Kotor. The view is unbelievable and the host is super attentive. We planned to do more in Montenegro but all we wanted to do was sit on the balcony and soak up the surroundings! 10/10

Such a wonderful stay! Host was gracious, responsive and very helpful. Location was perfect and the view was amazing. Montenegro was nothing short of amazing. The space had everything we needed to feel at home and having the parking spot was very helpful. Ilija was very friendly and gave a lot of helpful tips on places to eat activities to do. Had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

This place was beautiful!! We loved getting to stay in a smaller, quieter town and getting to visit Perast & Kotor. Parking is easy and free! The views are amazing, and this apartment was so cute and cozy on the inside. We loved the loft, so fun! Everything was so clean. One of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host isn’t super easy to get in contact with, but it wasn’t much of a problem because we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is approx 5km from town, which means you're not in thick of tourists from cruise ships, but you can easily go to the thick of it if you want to. We had a fantastic 10 days at Drazin Vrt. The view from the apartment is stunning and we never tired of gazing out over the bay of Kotor. The beach across the road, Bajova Kula is pebbled, like most of those on this side of Kotor, but idyllic. There’s a lovely beach bar which was just opening while we were there. Five mins down the road is the floating Kraken Bar with lovely mussels & underwater stored wine. Perast 10 mins in the other direction was full of restaurants, beautiful buildings & the Lady of the rocks. Kotor is easy to get to and we visited many other places including Durmitor Park, Budva and all of the coastal hamlets. The apartment is really well laid and very comfortable but you will need a car to get around as there isn’t really a concept of pavements. The coast road is busy from sunrise to sunset but was not an issue for us. I can’t recommend this place enough, far enough away from Kotor to barely see the cruise ships but close enough to explore. Stunning!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Everything as in pictures. Super clean and tidy.Liked the freshiness and excellent aroma. Apartment had all the necessery tools and dishes to comfortably spend there whole week! And absolutely loved the view! We felt really welcomed and like home .Very clear instructions about how to find appartment, how to check in.
