It was a wonderful house in the center of Kotor. We stayed with 6 people very comfortably. It was 5 minutes away from the center of the city. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch the view of Montenegro. Our hosts made us very welcome and provided helpful information about the city details. Thank you

If you are going to Kotor then this is the place to stay. Petar is a fantastic host and his apartment has everything you need for an amazing restful stay. The view from the balcony is one in a million. We will definitely be back to swim in the crystal clear water just feet from the apartment. Top Tip. Eat at least once in Moments restaurant on the road towards Kotor about half an hours stroll away. You wont be disappointed. Thank you Petar.

First of all, we would like to thank Sandra for everything. It was the best place we could have stayed with our 2.5-year-old child. Everything was thoughtfully prepared in the house, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It felt as if we were staying with family. Waking up to that beautiful view every morning, hearing the birds sing, and smelling the jasmine flowers was simply amazing. Being able to walk to the town center and staying in a calm yet central location was wonderful. Having a safe place to park our car was also a great bonus. The house was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials for cooking. The neighbors were friendly and peaceful people. It truly felt like we had gone to and returned from our own summer house. If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose this place. It’s a perfect stay in every way — highly recommended. Wishing a lovely holiday to those who are planning to come!

The clean apartment and owner responded quickly and was helpful. The pool area was really cool too! The scenery was really beautiful, especially at sunset. Nothing to blame.

We loved our stay in Nikola's place in Kotor. The studio apartment was beatiful and cosy, and had everything we needed. While the aparment doesnt appear on Google maps we got excellent instructions in the email, with pictures, so it was easy to find and easy to get in. The location in the old town was perfect - close to all attractions but we weren't bothered by noise either. Only a 10 minute walk max from the bus station. A highlight for us was the terrace area, which is a beautiful sunny spot to have a drink and enjoy the view. Plenty of spots to dry clothes too if needed. We would definitely recommend!

The location was really great, it was on a busy street and had shops, restaurants and the MegaMart grocery right downstairs which made for easy meal planning. With all the convenience right downstairs there was some noise because of early morning deliveries, but that is to be expected. Mera, the co-host was sooo helpful and nice, quick to respond with any questions, the apartment was large and very close to the beach boardwalk area, and we really enjoyed to balcony even without a beach view, the mountain view was quite nice and people watching was fun as well. We wish we had stayed longer in Budva.

The apartment was great. Location is right next to the restaurants/ beaches and Old Town ( 4 min walk). EACH room has AC , which is a must if you travel in the summer. Beds are very comfortable. The building has its own restaurant and reception. They call the taxi if you need. Milos is very a helpful and accommodating host who responded to questions promptly and clearly. Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Gorgeous place! The sunsets here were just incredible. I can’t fault it. Very clean, cosy and just what we needed. Internet was also perfect for remote working. Myself, partner and dog really enjoyed it. The washing area also has a dryer with lots of detergent and softener to do your laundry with. Free parking right under the property. The host was very quick to respond to questions about restaurants in the area etc. Really lovely host, and accommodated us very last minute. Highly recommend!!

It is a spacious and clean apartment with all amenities. A supermarket and bakery are 1 minute walk away and there are a number of restaurants in the village. You can easily park in your own space. Igor responds quickly to messages and is very friendly. Definitely recommended!

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

The spacious apartment is excellent with the most amazing view over Budva. It was a great location for a short break within an easy 10min walk of the old town. It is set on a short steep hill which wasn’t a problem for us. The first floor apartment overlooks a lovely pool. I highly recommend this apartment for a small group of guests. You will not be disappointed.

It was our first experience in Montenegro, communication with the host was very easy. I asked everything that came to my mind and got very clear and quick answers. The house was quite clean, the view was legendary. The host thought of everything for the house, all our needs, even our coffee. It was a very nice experience.

The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again

Beautiful accommodation located not far from Kotor. Very nice accommodation, very well decorated with a lot of very appreciable utensils (washing machine, IPTV (some problems anyway), hair dryer, etc.), just missing a microwave in the kitchen to heat up baby food or other dishes. A little difficult to find because Google always takes you through a rather dangerous road but Sanja sends several addresses to find the accommodation and then it's quite simple. Very peaceful accommodation, the terrace of the apartment overlooks the Bay of Kotor, magnificent view. We came for 1 week with our 16-month-old son and Sanja provided us with a high chair and a crib, it was perfect. I would this property.

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.
