Amazing stay and lovely host! Meri and her daughters were always therel, helping us with local recommendations on restuarants, activities and more. We had two toddlers with us, and they really enjoyed the terrace. Will defenitely recommend.

Great place with beautiful surroundings. The sea front terrace is very spacious with plenty of seating options and tables. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the place having a very chill and relaxed vacation. Not much to do in the nearby area and never really tried the restaurants (except Pomodorino with great pizza!). Also nice bakery close by for breakfast. Stairs to the sleeping area a bit steep if you’re older of have trouble with your joints, not a problem at all for us however. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. Serenity at it's finest. The use of space 👌, the bay of Kotor was beautiful and the people watching superb. Highly recommend this place. They had a cake, candle and lighter delivered for my wife's birthday. So sweet

We had a wonderful stay at Zoran’s place! The view was absolutely stunning, with peaceful surroundings and gorgeous sunsets. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We especially loved having access to the paddleboard and kayak. Zdravko was a kind and friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Overall, a perfect, quiet getaway. We’d love to come back!

This is a great place to stay and the host is brilliant. The apartment is a short walk to the old town, harbour, shops, restaurants etc but is far enough away to be peaceful. Aleksander offered to pick us up.from the bus station if it was raining but luckily it stopped when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped ( unlike some other places I've stayed). It has a really good shower. This is an ideal place to stay in Kotor.

Great place! The owner is a very warm, attentive and helpful person. It was a pleasure to communicate and from the very beginning I felt cared for. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life, including little things that are usually missed: from kitchen utensils to all sorts of useful household things. The neighborhood is quiet, already from early evening there is calmness, so it is a pleasure to sleep here. To the nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes walk, everything is close and convenient. And, of course, the view from the balcony is a delight, especially in the morning and at sunset. A real cozy place where you want to come back. Thank you!

Milos was a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming, and flexible regarding the check-in and -out times. His brother even brought us to the location with his own car, since I don’t drive, which was really great. The Old Mill is such a gem, it’s very authentic and the views from the balcony are just breathtaking, especially at the sunset. The pool area and the garden are also a very unique and a beautiful addition to the whole experience. Having a car is advisable, but if you don’t drive (like myself) there are local drivers, which will bring you to wherever you wish for a reasonable price.

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Great flat, recommend Zeljko's place. We enjoyed our short stay, got to enjoy the swimming pool with a view and it is walkable distance from old kotor!

My Dad and I had a lovely stay at Anđela’s place. The house was clean and homely with lovely feminine decor. The view WOW! If you are wanting a good view, this is the place! The terrace is huge and the panoramic views are incredible! It was so lovely waking up and sitting on the balcony with a drink, watching the boats go by and looking out at the mountains. The apartment is quite steep if you follow the path down to the bay but the views at the end makes it so worth it. Anđela was very responsive and allowed us to check in early as we had an earlier flight. She was there to greet us when we got there and was very accommodating. She arranged for transfers from the airport too which were on time and reliable. The only thing was the rain at night was loud as we could hear it coming down on the roof, with it being a top floor apartment but it didn’t bother us too much and we still managed to get a good nights sleep. I would definitely recommend it and I would love to come back one day :)

This place is a real gem! The flat is in great condition and the views of Kotor bay are stunning. The host very kindly left a bottle of wine and biscuits, adding a personal touch. There is also a very talented neighbour who practices piano beautifully which you can hear from the balcony. This goes perfect with the lovely bottle of red! Thank you again for your hospitality. 10/10 would recommend.

The apartment had an excellent view over Budva and the old town - even better than on the picture. The apartment was very clean and we had every thing we needed. We can warmly recommend this flat to everybody looking for a perfect holiday home.

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

Ado's place is perfect for us to relax before heading home. Right along the coastline where the first thing you see when you get out of the property is the Bay (Just to clarify, you cannot see the Bay inside the unit). It's very peaceful and yet within 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Abundant restaurants and even some markets to dine and shop. Ado also recommended a fish market for us to buy fresh catch. It's a must visit place if you love to cook seafood and drink wine. We arrived very late at night, so it was a bit nervous driving the narrow coastal road with cars parked on both sides and without street lights. But Ado was kind enough to have his daughter waited outside for us. The bathroom was a bit tight and the water heater capacity was small, so if you are a group of four and want hot showers, you will have to space yourselves or take quick showers. We got used to it the second night :) All in all, it was a splendid stay. Thank you for everything, Ado. Best to Bo-Bo too.

We've been here 5 years ago. The waterfront location is overwhelmingly beautiful. You do need a car to get around. The home is split into two separate units. So you share the location with other tenants. We didn't mind. We only met nice people. I hope to be back again!

We had a great experience . The area is beautiful, sounds of nature when you go to sleep and when you wake up. We had great recommendations and Nemanja and his family was always so helpful . The wine is also a lovely bonus! We recommend staying here 😊
