Cabin vacation rentals in Montenegro

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Mykola was an excellent host, from the reservation until checkout. he was very responsive and checked in everyday to see if we needed anything, so much so that I mentioned a toaster would be perfect and that day we had a toaster. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. It has a nice Jacuzzi on the deck. We had everything we needed. The cottage is very private. We felt that we were the only ones there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. we stayed for 5 nights. Highly recommended.

The place was stunning with the view and all . The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. Although the weather wasn’t the best we enjoyed just staying in the cabin. Daria and Damir are great hosts very friendly helpful and treat you like friends. This place will always be a beautiful memory

Would fully recommend, such a stunning location with Tara River and beautiful mountains surrounding the cabin. Luka was exeptionally helpful, responsive, accommodating and a gracious host! :-)

This little cabin is incredible. So cute and the location with the view from the upstairs patio is superlative. Absolutely incredible. Served homemade Rajika upon arrival and perfect space for a quick night passing through Lake Skoder area on bike!

It was difficult to get into the space at the beginning. Leijla had written that the place was open upon arrival, which was not the case. Unfortunately, the wifi information is also no longer correct, so I had to call Leijla to find out where the key is. This is very expensive if you don't have a local sim card. It would be helpful to update this information on Airbnb. Once this hurdle was overcome, it was just wonderful to enjoy the terrace and go bathing. Leijla was always easily accessible and helped further. The place is very nice, fundamentally equipped and not far from the restaurants. Above all, it's on the right side of the river, where the morning sun shines.

The cabin is located in an amazingly beautiful location!Sitting on the terrace,you can enjoy the red landscape on the bridge over the Tara River and of course you have a stunning view of the canyon! You can fully reconnect with nature. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. A large and comfortable bed. Fast Wi-Fi. Responsive host ,special thanks to his Mama! I recommend to everyone.

What an absolutely gem of a stay! Everything was so lovely and Jaksa was an incredible host. He was so kind and thoughtful and welcoming. The wine and cookies upon arrival was such a nice surprise. The home is perfect. So cozy with all the amenities and you can just take in all of nature and just relax. We loved the wood burning stove too. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We absolutely LOVED our stay and would book again and again! Forest rhapsody is truly a gem 🌟 🌲

We're back from a wonderful vacation in Montenegro, and this break at Aleksandar's was the best. A very nice welcome, by the whole family, a great respect, a great homemade meal prepared with local products, mostly theirs, as well as in the morning, and that, facing the magnificent view that was in front of our cozy nest. Warm, family-friendly place, beautiful with all the necessary amenities. Caring people and attentive to our needs. ☀️😊

This was the perfect end to my stay in Montenegro! The cabin was well-designed, had everything I needed, and was warm and cozy even at the end of February. The surroundings were beautiful with sweeping views of the mountains. However, I think the best part of all was the host. Demitrije was so kind and helpful throughout my entire stay. He met me at the bus station when I arrived and saw me off when I left. He quickly responded to anything I needed during my stay and even invited me to join him and his friends one day, as a solo traveler this meant so much to me. If you’re looking for a stay in Montenegro where you’ll feel like family, definitely book with Demitrije!

We had a very relaxed time in Kolašin - nice small city and some traditional restaurants (Nataly gave us some good recommendations - thank you for that). The place is cozy but also not cluttered. Since it was raining a bit during our stay we also enjoyed just staying at 'home'. The direct surrounding is quiet and there is lot's to do around Kolašin if you like to be in nature and go for hikes .

Winter stay. House was cold but quickly heaten up with conditioner. Heating floor in the bathroom works fine, don't forget to turn it on right after arrival. Internet isn't fastest which is expected in remote place but stable and speed is just enough to watch youtube comfortably on the telly. There's separate bed for the child and good enough bed for two. It's very warm on the second floor once house is heaten. Milorad is very friendly and responsive and made living christmas tree close to the house. Best thing (for us) was to have 3 cats and one dog at the territory. Two of cats are still kittens and they aren't behaving, so be careful with food near them - they will go for it no matter how good they fed already. They are fluffy and friendly and dog is playful. There is good hiking route nearby though during winter it's buried under snow (we had up to 30cm on the path). Overally great stay 12/10.

Minire's place was wonderful, we felt right at home. The place was specious and had every equipment you might need. Clear view of the sea and mountain that had such a calming effect. The environment was peaceful and sorrunded by trees. Minire kept sure we had everything we needed. She was very welcoming which made us really enjoy our stay. Will come back to visit for sure. Highly recommend!
