Wonderful new house with 2 bedrooms and a huge studio inthe city of Sutomore.The house is located at the far end of the town, so it is very quiet around, has a nice terrace with great view of the sea and mountains, roof terrace (60m2). tranquil and perfect for yoga. Fully equipped with:Air conditioning, mosquito nets, blinds, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, linen and towels. Comfortably sleeps 4 persons in bedrooms and 1-2 on the sofa in the living room. Hard to beat the views over the day or night scenery. House has two bedrooms, each with own bathroom plus additional bathroom with laundry equipment . Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
