Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Everything about our stay was perfect, except for the fact we had to go home haha. This is the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. Biljana and Milan was there for us at all times and helped with everything from food, registration, snacks by the pool, awesome tips and car rides. We felt so welcomed and can’t wait to go back. The apartment was amazing. The view is even more beautiful in real life than in pictures and we were so surprised to find out we had room cleaning everyday. Definitely recommend!! 🤩❤️🙌🏼

We came for a couple of nights, the location of the apartment is very nice. Steep views of the sea and mountains, ancient windows. I really liked it :) I recommend taking a sleeping mask and earplugs, because sometimes loud cars pass by or noisy companies

We absolutely loved our stay in Perast. The house is in a perfect location, close to the small markets and restaurants, and an easy bus ride or 20 minute taxi to Kotor. The view is unbelievable and the host is super attentive. We planned to do more in Montenegro but all we wanted to do was sit on the balcony and soak up the surroundings! 10/10

This place was beautiful!! We loved getting to stay in a smaller, quieter town and getting to visit Perast & Kotor. Parking is easy and free! The views are amazing, and this apartment was so cute and cozy on the inside. We loved the loft, so fun! Everything was so clean. One of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host isn’t super easy to get in contact with, but it wasn’t much of a problem because we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and peaceful place with a great view. The location was perfect and quiet. There is parking if you have a car. Sanja and her family were lovely.

Wow we loved our 4 nights at the apartment, the photos don’t do the setting and the views justice, it is so wonderful. We felt on holiday whilst still at home as the apartment is so cosy and has everything you need for cooking, chilling and even scrabble. Everything was great and easy to use and find, the bedroom was a bit smaller than the photos and a bit less comfortable but that’s more to do with my husband being 6ft3 and used to a super king! Everywhere in Perast is walkable (caveat that with there are lots of steps and this is not suitable for elderly or less mobile people). We enjoyed exploring and hiking Kotor and trying different restaurants in the area and hiring a speedboat for a day as well. It truly is a quiet sanctuary of paradise and we loved it. We liked that it wasn’t so busy as Kotor and even when the tourist buses came you could escape! Honestly the best apartment we have stayed in abroad, couldn’t recommend more highly for a long weekend away.

We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean with well equipped kitchen and with an amazing view on the bay that made it very special. A beautiful beach with clear water is just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. The host was so friendly, sweet and responsive, Tatijana is the best host I have met. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back!

A great place to explore Kotor and Montenegro from if you have a car! The amenities were very modern and well designed. Easy enough to walk or drive into old town. Would recommend!

our stay was so nice. Sanja was a great host, always supportive, gave us indications and all what we needed. Her and her family were really nice, we felt so well staying at her place. The appartment is located 5 meters from the sea, with direct access to a small beach for a bath at any time of the day. It is well equipped, with everything you need for a holiday stay (even a garden with a barbecue, lovely). The final touch is the balcony with a direct sea view

We had a great stay, the view from the pool is incredible. The house is equipped with ever that you need for a short stay, there is cute little beach and a great restaurant Tramontana beach bar with amazing food and views within walkable distance.

It was amazing to meet with Slobodan and stay at his property. Best Airbnb experience so far. Place was extremely clean and we could find anything we need. It’s exactly looks like in photos even better. Slobodan was really friendly and he helped us to have our trip with no problem but a lot of fun. Highly recommended. If you will visit kotor one day you should definitely choose Slobodan and his property.

Tremendous stay, the guest and his mother make you feel at home! The place is awesome and we couldn't really choose a better place to stay. Hospitality and concern are the values of Bojan. Everything worked perfectly.

We enjoyed the stay at Mima's and Neda's place very much! Everything matched the description and felt cozy. A lot of things to do at a walkable distance. It was very useful that shampoo, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, etc. were available. Definitely would want to return!

We had a fabulous stay here. The apartment is very smart and well appointed with a good bathroom and very large comfy bed. The view from the two roof terraces is outstanding and they both have a fantastic array of outside furniture, as well as the hot tub which was fun. The fact you can walk into the old town is a real bonus. The parking is a real boon too as parking in Kotor (and lots of Montenegro!) is a bit of a nightmare. The bikes are good quality and were great for popping to the supermarket as it was quicker than joining the traffic! The kitchen is very basically stocked for cooking and we needed to ask for a couple of items which were kindly and promptly provided by the hosts. Very happy to recommend you stay here.

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

You couldn't ask for a lovelier or more accommodating host. Such a beautiful view from the top floor - it never got old. This home has a great location and is easy to walk to the Old Town, maybe 15 minutes. This place worked out perfectly for our group and we hope to return to Montenegro soon!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.
