Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

Ülkemizden uzak yerde bile evimiz gibi hissettiğimiz tek yer. Her şey çok ama çok güzel ve konforluydu. Ve en önemlisi bizi geldiğimiz ilk günden vedalaştığımız son ana kadar güler yüzüyle bizi hiç yalnız bırakmayan Olga’ya çok teşekkürler. Tekrardan gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Everything about our stay was perfect, except for the fact we had to go home haha. This is the best airbnb I have ever stayed at. Biljana and Milan was there for us at all times and helped with everything from food, registration, snacks by the pool, awesome tips and car rides. We felt so welcomed and can’t wait to go back. The apartment was amazing. The view is even more beautiful in real life than in pictures and we were so surprised to find out we had room cleaning everyday. Definitely recommend!! 🤩❤️🙌🏼

We had such a memorable stay at Andrija's apartment! The views from all of the windows and the patio were stunning. The apartment was light, airy and sparkling clean. We slept well in the comfortable beds. I'd highly recommend Gudco Apartments and an overnight (or two) in Perast.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung verbracht. Da wir super Wetter hatten, haben wir die Zeit nur auf der super Terrasse verbracht. Die Wendeltreppe über 3 Stock war zwar heftig, aber oben war es einfach nur ein Traum. Aussicht über die ganze Bucht, jeden Tag mindestens ein Kreuzfahrtschiff und unten der toll zu beobachtende Touristentrubel. Die Gegend bot viele tolle Ausflüge. Die Betten waren sehr gut, die Zimmer geräumig. Wir haben öfters gekocht, die Küche gab dafür alles her. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Parken ist etwas schwierig, hat aber auch ganz gut geklappt, es war ja noch nicht Hochsaison. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

This place was beautiful!! We loved getting to stay in a smaller, quieter town and getting to visit Perast & Kotor. Parking is easy and free! The views are amazing, and this apartment was so cute and cozy on the inside. We loved the loft, so fun! Everything was so clean. One of our favorite airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! The host isn’t super easy to get in contact with, but it wasn’t much of a problem because we didn’t need much. We would definitely stay here again!

Tolle Unterkunft und super als Startpunkt für Ausflüge nach Kotor und Perast. Zudem gibt's ein kostenloses Kajak für zwei Personen. Sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber! mit Restaurant wo man Seafood und Fisch und tollen Wein bekommt! Wir würden wieder kommen!

Wow we loved our 4 nights at the apartment, the photos don’t do the setting and the views justice, it is so wonderful. We felt on holiday whilst still at home as the apartment is so cosy and has everything you need for cooking, chilling and even scrabble. Everything was great and easy to use and find, the bedroom was a bit smaller than the photos and a bit less comfortable but that’s more to do with my husband being 6ft3 and used to a super king! Everywhere in Perast is walkable (caveat that with there are lots of steps and this is not suitable for elderly or less mobile people). We enjoyed exploring and hiking Kotor and trying different restaurants in the area and hiring a speedboat for a day as well. It truly is a quiet sanctuary of paradise and we loved it. We liked that it wasn’t so busy as Kotor and even when the tourist buses came you could escape! Honestly the best apartment we have stayed in abroad, couldn’t recommend more highly for a long weekend away.

We stayed at Tanja apartment owned by Slobodan. It was super amazing apartment, a very big and brand new. The apartment is very clean, beautiful view from the balcony, there are nice restaurants in Dobrota area. Slobodan is a very great host. Very friendly, helpful, responsive, & enthusiastic. Gave us lots of recommendations. We are so happy to stay at his place 🥰 we would love tk come back.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Haixi. L'appartement est fidèle aux photos, tout est très propre, les instructions sont très claires et Haixi est une hôte très réactive. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Je recommande ce logement !

Tatjana was so kind and nice to us. She helped with everything.She explained us where to go, to park like tour guide. The apartment was so clean and you have everything whatever you need. I would not think twice to rent this apartment. Thats the best option with the location, view.I can say the best view that you can have in Montenegro. So you dont need to look for other places to stay. I will come and stay again.Thanks for everything again Tatjana 🙂

our stay was so nice. Sanja was a great host, always supportive, gave us indications and all what we needed. Her and her family were really nice, we felt so well staying at her place. The appartment is located 5 meters from the sea, with direct access to a small beach for a bath at any time of the day. It is well equipped, with everything you need for a holiday stay (even a garden with a barbecue, lovely). The final touch is the balcony with a direct sea view

Nous avons passé une semaine sans problème. Bel environnement. Les descriptions correspondent aux photos. L'hôte est très réactif. Petit bémol: à notre arrivée, nous avons rencontré un léger problème dans la salle de bain; l'eau ne s'évacuait pas vite dans la baignoire. Sinon, je recommande à 100%.

התארחנו בדירה מהממת שמושלמת לשהייה ארוכה. הדירה מאובזרת ברמה גבוהה מאוד – במטבח יש פשוט הכול, עד הפריט האחרון. מרגישים שחשבו על כל פרט. החדרים מרווחים, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ונוחים מאוד. הכל חדש ונקי, ויש גם מתחם חיצוני ענק עם אזור ברביקיו ופינות ישיבה שפשוט תענוג לבלות בהן – שקט, ירוק, רגוע. החיסרון היחיד הוא המיקום – הדרך לדירה כוללת כביש מפותל, ואם אתם פחות מנוסים בנהיגה הררית זה משהו שצריך לקחת בחשבון. עם זאת, יש חניה פרטית ונוחה צמודה לדירה. לסיכום – חוויה נהדרת! מקום מושלם למי שמחפש שקט, נוחות ואירוח מושקע באמת.

Tremenda estadía, el huésped y su madre te hacen sentir como en casa! El lugar es impresionante y la verdad es que no pudimos elegir un mejor lugar para quedarnos. Hospitalidad y preocupación son los valores de Bojan. Todo funcionó a la perfección.

Nestled between Kotor and Perast and in very close proximity to Kotor (8-10 minute drive) and Perast (8-10 minute drive) by car, this stay offers INCREDIBLE views. We had an exquisite stay here. The drive to the villa was uphill but it was hassle-free. Alina was prompt with her responses . Overall, we absolutely loved our stay immensely. Highly recommend, especially for the views and the coziness the stay offers.

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

You couldn't ask for a lovelier or more accommodating host. Such a beautiful view from the top floor - it never got old. This home has a great location and is easy to walk to the Old Town, maybe 15 minutes. This place worked out perfectly for our group and we hope to return to Montenegro soon!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.

Had a great stay at for 2 nights in Budva. Igor’s place is as described on the listing. Very clean easy check in and out and good communication with host. It is within a 10 minute walk into town but a very steep hill on the way back. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the stay and flat was fantastic. Great view from balcony. Facilities with pool sauna and steam room were great. Only slight downside was WiFi which we had to open flat door to get access despite the extender been right outside the door.
