The apartment is also a great starting point for excursions of all kinds. Ideal by train or bicycle, stand in front of the house, or cellar compartment (2R). This room offers the comfort of an apartment, as it was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After a loving renovation, you enter via the front door/stairwell on the ground floor. It features a spacious shower room. The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building.

The one-room apartment "In Prien" is located in Prien and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a view of the Alps. The 36 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for a child up to 12 years, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 (+ 1 child) people. Amenities include high-speed WLAN (suitable for video calls), a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine and a TV. A baby crib is also available if needed.
