For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The garden can be used (gas grill station). Close to a store (bakery, only Thursday–Saturday mornings) and an inn with a beer garden; Simssee 4 km, Tinningersee 5.5 km, Chiemsee 12 km A good starting point for hikes and walks.

Under the big roof is a second tiny house, "Brüderchen," which can also be booked via Airbnb. Both Tinys have their own terrace, but share a roof and a shared space in the middle with a washer and dryer as well as the large garden.
