Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card by email.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. My property is in the beautiful Isarwinkel in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by mountains and meadows. You'll love my place because of the quiet location in the middle of our unique hedge landscape.
