Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The 78 sqm 2-room apartment in the "House of Encounters" offers space for a cozy vacation experience for families/couples, friends and business travelers. In addition to a separate bedroom, there is a living room with a double sofa bed (TV, fireplace, access to the kitchen). The kitchen has basic equipment (+ dishwasher, fridge) as well as a typical Bavarian sitting area. The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, shower, bathtub, toilet & bidet. On top there is a mini balcony.

Centrally located in Prien am Chiemsee on the beautiful Seestraße, our high-quality furnished apartment with the beautiful name "Weltenbummler" in a modern but casual boho style awaits adventurous guests, families and also groups of friends who want to experience the moment and the time out together again. The 54 sqm apartment with a south-facing balcony is located in an apartment building and offers everything you need for the perfect stay with your loved ones.

Summer apartment - with a view of the countryside

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

There is a double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed (for 2 people) on the first floor. Optionally, a folding mattress can be provided. The parking space in front of the property is free to use.
