In the house we live with two lovely dogs. On site we charge the mandatory tourist tax in cash: Persons aged 16 and over: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15 incl.): 1 euro per night.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

It is also far to the center of town. 73 m² spread over two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The Chiemgau mountains can be viewed from the terrace and hiking tours can be planned. Smoking is not allowed, not even on the terrace. Garden sharing.

The 70 m² apartment is located in the beautiful Chiemgau Alpine foothills with mountain views. It has a conservatory, south balcony and terrace with seating and fire pit. There is a double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed (for 2 people) on the first floor. Optionally, a folding mattress can be provided. The parking space in front of the property is free to use.
