Great apartment in a good location. A bit far from the center but we were visiting friends that live in the area so it was perfect for us.

Everything was great , it was very friendly when waiting at 1 in the morning that we arrived because I had to work and at the exit he let us go later , the house was quite big more than what you see in the photos, a lot of tranquility and very close to the center of Ávila just 10m away, definitely recommended, we hope to return, thank you very much for such good attention, this is a pleasure.

Marta's place was simply fantastic! Our family of six stayed there and had plenty of space and privacy. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment was immaculately clean. The kitchen has everything you could need. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The provided amenities lasted our entire stay. The apartment looks better in person than in the pictures! The location absolutely cannot be beat! Grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, and a metro station are all within meters of the apartment. Taxis are very easy to find at all times of the day right outside the apartment door. The apartment building was quiet in the evening. We never heard any traffic. Check in was incredibly easy and straightforward. The key pick-up location is right across the street. Marta was always very accessible, friendly, and helpful. This was by far our best AirBnb experience. We will happily stay again on future visits. Thank you very much, Marta!

The stay was great, the house is as shown in the photos. Good patio that for when the weather is good, it's a pass!! The house is very well located, 5 minutes from Segovia and the Farm, and 20 minutes from the Sierra de Navacerrada. The owner is very friendly and very attentive and responds super fast!! The apartment was very nice and centrally located, the host was very nice. Small things could have been more optimal, but on the whole a nice stay in Madrid.

Perfect little house to spend a few days and disconnect ! Just as it looks in the photos or better ! The jacuzzi is a pass and can fit two people perfectly , the cleanliness of the house of 10 and the attention of Rosana of 100 , we will repeat for sure

Joanna is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind. She provided the perfect home away from home for our time in Madrid. Not only is it located is an absolute picturesque and walkable neighborhood, allowing us to experience the city as locals…her balcony served as the a stunning location for our first look wedding photos. 10/10

This cozy, eclectic apartment was centrally located to so many amazing attractions: Prado, Reina Sofia, Botanical Gardens and Plaza Mayor. We found delicious food within minutes, we particularly enjoyed TKO tacos! I highly recommend this apartment for 2 people - capable of climbing several flights of stairs!

I want to review our holiday stay at Diego's apartment in Madrid. The apartment is fantastic and spacious. The bedrooms are located at the back of the apartment, making it quiet and pleasant to sleep. The beds are comfortable, the showers are nice, and the central heating works well. The location is excellent, within walking distance of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood and museums. Diego is kind, responds immediately to any question, and provides precise guidance on how to get there. Thank you, Diego."

The accommodation is peaceful and pleasant. A Dia supermarket is just diagonally, very convenient and offering attractive prices. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a great mattress, which helps to feel the warm atmosphere of the house. The welcome was warm, with clear explanations, especially regarding access to the garage. The building is equipped with an elevator, which is very convenient for luggage.

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Wow! Juan Antonio tracked our flight and saw we were delayed and accommodated us upon arrival. He graciously walked through the house and functions, shared tips on museums, recommended great running trails, and left a lovely continental breakfast for us. We were a group of four adults and four teens and the space was perfect (no kids had to share beds!) there were plenty of linens, and the living room set up allowed for kids to play games while adults chatted, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. You are steps from Plaza de Espana and Temple Debod and less than 10 minutes walking to the palace. The area had tons of dining options and felt incredibly safe.

We really enjoyed Navacerrada, great small town. 40 min drive to Segovia - one hour to Avila and 25 min to Valdesqui Loved the amount of games and movies for the kids, the loved the room with toys Thanks so much for having Jaime!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Francisco's beautiful apartment! He is an exceptional host - incredibly responsive, understanding, and provided fantastic local recommendations and helpful information. When we made a mistake with our booking, he accommodated us immediately without any hassle. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four; having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was a real luxury. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to a bus station and within walking distance to the metro. Plus, the area felt peaceful and secure. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay at Francisco's place again. Highly recommend and 5 bright stars!

great accommodation in Madrid, very close to Retiro Park and the center can be reached in a few minutes by metro. Nieves is a fantastic host, always available and for information and questions she responds quickly with advice. i recommend it!

Wonderful apartment, very clean, in a very quiet place and close to Madrid . Clean, everything is done to be welcomed . A mercadona is next door , you can walk there. Close to restaurants! Very good value for money, with a good view and a nice overall atmosphere. The full-size kitchen was a great bonus, making the stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend!

We are senior nomads so stay in lots of accommodations. This is exactly what you want--clean, safe, quiet, well stocked, comfortable bed, walkable and very near public transportation. I would love to duplicate this apartment every where we go!

We had a great stay at Lorena’s place. It was easy access to and from Atocha. The accommodations were also perfect for our 8-month old daughter.
