The flat meets all expectations. it's comfortable, beautifully presented and very clean. The location is very quiet and private, and instructions were very clear. We would definitely come back and totally recommend the place

The Annexe was everything we expected and more with lots of lovely touches eg toiletries, welcome pack, honesty bar, bed linen etc Location was perfect for us as we have relatives nearby, we would be very happy to stay there again and would highly recommend.

We stayed for a month and it was excellent. The place is super spacious and comfortable. Easy access to everything one might need or want, the building itself is super clean and modern, and the flat lacked for nothing. We got an instant response if we had a question so I think it's a great place and a great price with a great landlord. All good for sure!!! When we go back to London we will definitely see if the place is available for our time slot. Thanks Ilan!

Had a fabulous stay at Ben's place. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The studio was well equipped with everything you could want and the extra touches like the fresh milk were much appreciated after a long journey. A beautiful area and we loved watching the red kites flying and swooping in the skies above. All in all a fantastic place. Thanks very much for such a great weekend!

I had a great stay at The Ivy Annexe. The place is very comfortable and it has everything you need. Kicthen is fully equipped and modern, there is also cosy living space area with TV, sofa, books etc. Bedroom is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is also modern and spacious. The host has left a lot of complimentary items like biscuits, chocolates, drinks, milk, juice and many more which was a lovely surprise. Jane Austen's house is just next door, there is also a pub and a park. I would strongly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

Really great value for money; big and spacious enough for four, with 2 comfortable double beds, and Lynn even supplied us with breakfast things! The little courtyard was so lovely to sit outside.

We stayed at Acre Lodge over the late May bank holiday and it was brilliant. The lodge is clean, well laid out and with all the amenities and equipment you need for a restful stay. The fixtures and fittings are all great quality and the hot tub is good fun. The Mason Arms is a five minute walk away and a fantastic pub for food, service and atmosphere. Janet was a great host, and we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing. From initial contact ahead of the stay, through to a proactive message ahead of arriving to ensure we felt comfortable / knew who to contact if we had any issues (we had none) , Penny was fantastic. The property is of a great standard, welcoming, private, well equipped and a perfect space for a quiet get away. I travelled with a friend but in separate cars, both mid size SUV - plenty of space to park on the drive. The breakfast cereals, milk, bread and jam were a lovely touch, as were the plentiful board games. We didn’t use the shared garden area, but, as per the rest of the property, this looked beautiful and a nice space to relax at the end of the day. Bottom line the whole experience was exceptional. 5 stars (and more if we could) Highly recommended.

What a spot! I’d highly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it. We had a lovely stay. The place is great - spacious, bright, very clean and has everything you need (and more!) Lovely home from home stay, well stocked and nice and quiet. Great Indian definitely worth at least one visit! Dog friendly and secure garden.

We had a great stay. It is a very nice house/appartment. We felt at home. Nice area with restaurants and some nice little shops, take away and a great bakery! Ten minute walk to the station. We were a family of 5. We all fitted in, but it is more comfertable as a 4 person appartment.

Had a lovely stay in Sophie's place. Great location and in walking distance from Blenheim palace and Woodstock village. Was exactly as shown in the photos and was in a very peaceful area. The studio was spacious and was well equipped for one or two people to spend a few days. Certainly would recommend if you are looking to stay in Woodstock.

It was a pleasure to return to David’s place in Fleet after staying here a couple of times last year. Just as clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared as we remembered. It’s always reassuring to arrive somewhere that feels familiar and well looked after. David remains an excellent host—responsive, reliable, and genuinely welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Viktor was a great host. We needed accommodation due to a flooded house and we booked hours before arrival. I am grateful for his flexibility and very fast response to us. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. A lot of care and attention has gone into this home. The surrounding area is lovely and it's a short walk to the Town. My daughter and friend had a wonderful stay. They loved the beautiful artwork and furniture. It was fun, gorgeous, comfortable in every way. Super location. 5 🌟 and above would highly recommend.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

We visit the area each year to see friends and have discovered this is the perfect place for us to stay with our dog. It's spacious and comfortable in a quiet location with lots of thoughtful extras. Ailsa is most welcoming and easy to contact prior to arrival. This is our second visit and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Thankyou

We really wish that we could have stayed longer, Jilly and David were amazing hosts, they made us feel welcomed and at home. The garden was beautiful and you could just relax & enjoy the beauty of the gardens. The cottage was just what we needed after a very long day of driving. I would recommend this cottage for whether it’s a short stay or longer. We can’t wait to visit again.

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment! It was larger than expected, bright and open, and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, with well-maintained surroundings and gentle water features that added to the peaceful feel. There’s a Tesco Express just around the corner, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Broadway Centre and tube station, making everything easily accessible. The apartment itself is of a high standard. We’d be happy to return!
