Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, lovely location for visiting our son who lives nearby. Excellent accommodation which made our weekend trip very enjoyable. The hosts were very attentive and helpful would definitely recommend and rebook in the future.

Thanks so much Rachel. We had a bit of an issue with the facilities at the start of our stay and you were round like a shot to troubleshoot. It's a fantastic little flat and a perfect location to walk to Stanlake Park a fabulous local wedding venue. We had a fab stay and can highly recommend.

We have spent a whole month in the apartment and it was amazing! The building is located very close to the city centre but far enough to be quiet and sweet. Apartment is well equipped and has a perfect city view. Steven was a very helpful host and even came to help when we had an issue with automatic blinders. Note - there is no actual dedicated working place, only the dining table.

I enjoyed my three week stay at Laura's annex. There was parking space, a small court yard with table and chairs and the interior was modern and tastefully decorated. Both hosts were friendly and responsive. The property is set on a road with very impressive properties, tree lined, not very busy and near to lots of shops, café and restaurants. The town centre is a 15 minute walk, which was ideal, train station a few minutes walk. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Laura and her Annex.

Very convenient location, close to Caversham centre. The place is quite small, as advertised, so would recommend only if you are by yourself. Also as advertised, the parking entrance is extremely narrow, so if you have a car, you might want to park elsewhere. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Just finished another weeks stay in Lawrence property. As usual Lawrence was on hand to solve any queries. Check in was easy with clear instruction and the Loft was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was greatly appreciated. The area is vey quite and peaceful with plenty of wildlife and I especially liked seeing the family of bats every evening. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks, Harvey

Nice location on city centre and good apartment

Linqi's place is a great little annexe on the side of their main house, it has lots of space for parking in front of the building. Their front drive is gated so it is very private and safe. Linqi was a really friendly host and she even lent us an air conditioning unit as we were there on the hottest day of the year so far! That was a lovely touch and we really appreciated it to cool the room down before bed. The kitchen has a huge fridge freezer and even a washing machine should you need it. One thing I would suggest for guests (but it is a personal choice) is a TV or radio for the room. That might be bad feng shui for sleeping though. Maybe I just need something other than my partner telling me about the history podcast he's been listening to! The location of the flat is perfect for the university, and we found out there's a lovely lake on campus just up the road from the house. It's about 25 minutes walk to the edge of the town centre. Perfect location for our needs. Thanks Linqi

Perfect little get away studio in the heart of Reading town centre. The host was always responsive with clear instruction. I would love to stay in this cosy apartment again. Thank you so much for having us. 5 stars

What a lovely air BNB! This is the best and cleanest place we have stayed in London. Chloe was so responsive and provided very clear/straightforward instructions, the place and whole process was very well organized. We felt very safe in the area and apartment, it was all walkable too which we loved. The apartment was decorated well and had everything we needed for our stay. We often come to London and always rush to get home as we don't enjoy the places we stay in, but this was a completely different experience - we actually felt rested and recharged and even went for brunch at browns which was under 10 mins walk from the apartment. We will certainly be staying again in the future!

Really splendid place. Easy to find, close to the station, recently refurbished flat. Utensils are present. Big TV, speedy internet connection. Always hot water, clean blankets. Many towels provided by the host. All in all, very good accommodation. Better than almost everything in Reading for this price. For the future, I could advise the host to send a picture of the stairs to the tenant as it would make the way to the flat even simpler — though even without such a picture it’s still very easy to find and access it.

Very responsive host and polite. Good location and have option of BBQ with tools. Also good equipment in the place. Good for a small quick gathering.

Place was very nice in a quiet neighborhood. Francy was my primary contact and was very responsive and helpful. They allowed me to check-in earlier from their normal check in time. The place was clean and was like the pictures shown. Check out process was easy as well. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly comfortable, with a peaceful location that made it easy to relax. Plus, having so many amenities and attractions nearby made it even better. Highly recommend!

Very warm and well equipped lodge. Completely private - didn't hear a soul over the stay. Very comfortable bed and decent wifi. It's a remote location but there are villages with shops a few miles away.

What a weekend! Desperately needed a little getaway and this was perfect! Had everything we needed, the hot tub was incredible and very peaceful. Although it was near to Heathrow, the planes didn't bother us at all. Complete privacy, we took advantage of the games that were available and any queries we had were responded to very quickly. Will definitely go back!! ❤️

Fernando was an incredible host, from the first message to the last message (he was also always super quick to respond). He helped a group of 6 of us out last minute and quite literally saved our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, and the location was lovely! The photos don’t do the accommodation justice - it’s a great little getaway and we all left feeling like the place, and the host deserved well more than 5 stars. We would all highly recommend, and none of us had a fault we could find. We hope to come back for the same time next year availability permitting! Thank you again!
