El Gresol is a rural mountain village house, featuring 3 floors and a large private garden. It is located in Senan (Tarragona) 80 minutes from Barcelona airport and 45 minutes from the beach. Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

The house has heating and air conditioning, as well as an elevator. Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.

Located near Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, it is perfect for enjoying nature. The area offers a wide variety of hiking, biking, trail running, and motorcycle road trails. Not recommended for infants or young children due to original features of the house.
