excellent séjour à Cancun, le logement est idéalement situé, non loin vous trouverez un centre commercial, des restaurants, un parc avec pleins de petit stand , animations et restaurants. le logement est grand, propre , la piscine est vraiment un plus très agréable. nous avons séjourné à deux dans ce logement, nous avions l'impression d'être à la maison. il t'a un lave linge à disposition, beaucoup de serviettes, shampooing, après shampooing, gel douche... tout pour faire de se logement, le logement idéal. l'hôte est très réactif. si je reviens sur Cancun je reviendrai dans ce logement qui avait été notre coup de coeur du départ et l'es encore plus aujourd'hui. le logement est vraiment mieux en vrai qu'en photo. n'hésitez pas si vous recherchez un petit coin tranquille sur Cancun avec piscine et toutes les commodités à proximité.

A mi familia y a mí nos gustó mucho nuestra estadía en esta casa, todo muy cómodo y como se especificó en la descripción. ✨ Además, la ubicación está muy cerca de muchas atracciones. Nos sentimos como en casa, lo recomiendo ampliamente, vale mucho la pena!

Palapa house looked wonderful online and somehow exceeded expectations. Everything from the property to the hospitality was perfection. There were also plenty of Ubers available quickly to take us to and from everywhere we wanted to go. I’ve already recommended Palapa house to my friends so obviously the property has my endorsement.

We loved the place, and will definitely come back again when we travel Cancun next time.

Excelente lugar, muy limpio, todos los servicios, cada cuarto tiene su aire acondicionado y un baño. Es perfecto tanto para una pareja o para una familia completa. Nos encantó que nos prestara sombrilla y sillas para la playa, eso te ahorra mucho dinero, la alberca también estaba muy bonita. Letty nos regaló unas frutitas y un bonito mensaje de bienvenida, y explicó claramente las reglas de la casa en una hoja informativa. La cocina está super equipada y suele haber cosas útiles que dejan los huéspedes anteriores. 100% recomendable.

Gaby was amazing throughout our stay. She stayed in contact, answered our questions and went above and beyond when we needed something printing. The house is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. Gaby has gone out of her way to make you feel at home with extra special touches like a range of hats, sun lotion and insect spray, buckets and spades for the kids all available. The pool area is beautiful. We loved spending time out there and in the jacuzzi. The sign on the wall says that she is always happy to answer questions and this is really true. we loved our stay and would recommend it to everybody.

Ningún problema - me llevó a su taquera favorita. No tenía para pagar. Ningún problema - me prestó dinero. Que hacer en México? Ningún problema - me recomendó muchas cosas fuera de lo que dicen las guías turísticas. Así que - muy especial! Luego la casa: muy amplia, muy limpia y muy linda con su patio Mil gracias

Gaby was great! Super responsive, took care of all our requests. The place itself was perfect for what we needed, all toiletries were provided. Gaby also sent a laundry service to us to change the sheets and provide new towels. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it was fully loaded. The only thing I will complain about is the bed not being very comfortable and the sheets kept coming off even when I would put them back in place.

Este alojamiento es realmente bueno y merece 5 estrellas. El lugar está diseñado con muy buen gusto, con los acabados, muebles y pequeños detalles acordes a un departamento de lujo. El balcón está bárbaro, con un muy buen tamaño para poder estar hasta 4 personas cómodamente disfrutando de la excelente vista. La alberca es ESPECTACULAR! Mide 40 metros de largo y 1.50 de profundo! Ideal para gente que le gusta nadar distancia y la temperatura del agua estaba bastante bien. Por último, el proceso de llegada y salida fue súper sencillo, y al ser autónomo, es muy conveniente, sobre todo para personas que tengan que llegar o salir en altas horas de la noche o madrugada ya que siempre hay una persona en la recepción 24/7 lista para recibirte.

Excelente vista a la playa. Lugar amplio con cocineta y mesa para cuatro personas. Muy cerca para moverse al aeropuerto, a la estación del tren maya, a plaza la Isla, a playa delfines, etc. Sin queja de tráfico en los días que estuvimos. Muy buena atención del anfitrión.

We stayed at Gabriela’s apartment for 3 years in a row and honestly is a great place, good location (away from all the noise of the centre but also within walking distance) you have a place to park the golf cart and she is very responsive in case you need any help, we will 100% stay again either here or on another property managed by Gabriela

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! The décor and furnishings were beautiful—stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the space was fully stocked with all the essentials we needed for a perfect stay. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we spent a lot of time just soaking it in. One of the highlights was the outdoor pool—although it was shared with the building, it was large, clean, and never crowded, so it still felt relaxing and private. The host was incredibly helpful and gave us a list of excellent restaurant recommendations. We tried every one of them, and they were all in great locations with surprisingly affordable prices. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip—highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo apartment in Cancun, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation spot. The apartment had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding area and easy access to all the local amenities. The condo complex itself was well maintained and The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a stocked kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Gated access made it feel safe. One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to the beautiful beach. We spent many happy hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the local food. The apartment was also close to a range of great restaurants and bars and clubs, so we had plenty of options for dining out. Overall, we were really impressed with the condo apartment and would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect base for our vacation in Cancun, and we felt lucky to have found such an apartment for our honeymoon.

This was such an amazing stay!! Mara was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home 😊. This little spot is very spacious and tucked away with TONS of tropical plants and lights, it felt really magical. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again next year.

What a beautiful location and place!! Sergio was really amazing! Him and Jose are great hosts. Sergio really went above and beyond hosting and made sure we had everything we needed. Any question or issue that came up in our travels he immediately responded and assisted, even if it meant going out of his way. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay — from kitchenware to all the little details that make a difference. Maria is a wonderful host: always available, attentive, and very kind. I especially appreciate the convenient and safe location — a quiet neighborhood with everything nearby: shops, cafes, and public transport. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

El departamento es maravilloso, extremadamente organizado y limpio! Super completo como la descripción! La ubicación es perfecta, super cerca de la principal zona de restaurantes, fiestas y de la playa, hay mucho que hacer por la región. Our stay was absolutely impeccable. My wife and I had an amazing time — truly nothing to complain about. The views of the ocean were breathtaking, and everything we needed was within walking distance: the ferry to Isla Mujeres, corner stores, local restaurants, and some of the best street tacos we’ve ever had. The sunrises were stunning and made every morning feel special. Our host was amazing — super helpful and gave great local recommendations and suggestions that made our experience even better. We felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. This place exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again on every future trip. Highly recommend!
