Condo vacation rentals in Puerto Cancún

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very well located, just steps from many restaurants, Oxxo, department stores, it is spacious and the guards are very friendly.

Julio and his wife was the best,they drove us around show us/recommended us some great places for dinner and snacks,me n my friend in our early twenties weight 250 pounds together so we was kinda scare and skeptical of getting an air bnb but Julio condo was very safe and secure,they have securities at the front 24/7. Very beautiful condo,my only problem was the bedroom I was in the headboard was very loss n wobbly

My now fiancée and I stayed at Eric’s place after a long year of grinding toward my degree. This was the perfect location to relax and unwind. Whether we wanted to sit on the beach or lay by the pool we had both options. The Airbnb is in a gated community to add a level of comfort and safety as well. Eric and his team provided us with a plethora of options and recommendations to explore while in Cancun. We were put in touch with a local masseuse and she came right to the Airbnb. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling here to relax. Any concerns I had during our stay Eric and his team were quick to answer and made the trip seamless. If you are looking for a great option outside of the hotel zone this is the place to go! Also a short 5 minute walk to the port to head to Isla Mujeres which in my opinion is a must see location.

everything was great.. a good option to get to know Cancun if you want to save on accommodation, there are restaurants nearby, or if you are passing through it is 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, I would stay again. with dispensers for the shower in case you don't want to open suitcases like me.

Honestly, it's one of the best places we've ever been to. The apartment is beautiful, very fresh, very cozy, and it's very complete in terms of kitchen utensils and everything. Super comfortable beds :) Whenever you enter, it has a peculiar smell but it is delicious, the rooms also have it. The decor is super nice (you can see the effort they made and continue to make every day). Communication is super fast, at all times they are attentive to you and anything you need, they give you the instructions super well and everything is very pleasant. It's very close to everything, squares, super, and very close to the beach too. It's definitely a place we'll be back to soon. Thank you for everything :))

everything was perfect Just the bed was too small, the nights were difficult and the chairs are not in good condition otherwise the apartment was clean and matches the descriptions. Very good communication with Gaby. I'll come back if I go to Cancun.

Okay: * Location, amenities and utensils in general * Very agile check-in and check-out process. * Room size and habitability (even if the view is partial to the sea). * Communication with Diego and willingness to help very remarkable! * Overall, the studio is nice and does the job, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, you can rest very well! * I really applaud that they are 100% pet friendly! Thank you for staying up to date and serving guests with this need and taste! To improve: * Air conditioning cannot be regulated * Hot water takes a long time to come out (a lot of water is wasted because of it) * Outside noise in general (for sensitive people, it can be difficult to sleep because you can hear cars on the avenue and some fans that work 24 hours a day). It didn't affect me, but it's something to consider. * The dryer, blender, stove, refrigerator and a/c already require maintenance or renovation. * The insistence of vendors * The cost of the daypass or breakfast pass is very expensive, I did not use it.

Great place to stay, quiet neighborhood, the apartment is comfortable and there are several places nearby. Communication with Luis was very prompt and friendly at all times.

The house is excellent, Mrs. Ania is always super friendly, attentive at all times, the bathrooms are impeccably clean, a shopping mall nearby, in general, everything was excellent, thank you and of course I would stay in that house again 🤗

A very lovely space with a really nice view of a park from the living room/balcony area. Modern minimalist furniture yet felt cozy and right at home.

This place is beautiful. Everything’s perfect. The people are friendly. This is a safe space. Plenty of security. The pool is a party spot. Family friendly. I’ll be back soon!!

Lorena was helpful at all times, the photos matched the apartment perfectly, we were very comfortable. I went with children and everything was very safe, that relaxed me. We arrived early and Lorena was very accessible with the schedule and let us check in early. Of course I would return!!!! Everything was very nice!!!! 😊

The accommodation is located very close to the ADO, which provides transfers to other points very easily. It is in a closed street which provides security and tranquility, it has a laundry machine (something that is very important) and the attention of Maria Cristina and her husband is very warm and super helpful. They are attentive to needs and are looking for solutions to the circumstances that arise. The bathroom has available towels and botiquin, details that make a quiet stay

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

We had a perfect stay in this beautiful apartment! Araceli was extremely helpful before and during our vacation. And quickly responsive. This is a beautifully decorated apartment and the complex is quiet and well maintained with multiple pools and a beach to enjoy. We ate twice at the poolside bar and the food was great. Cocktails too!There were plenty of loungers poolside or beachside to use. La Amada is away from the bustle of Cancun hotel zone which we enjoyed but it was helpful to have a car for places we wanted to visit. Also there are activity bookings close to La Amada as well. Nearby we visited The Flamingo restaurant twice. The service was friendly and the seafood menu good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent place, as seen in the photos and described. Very accessible, close to beaches, supermarkets and gas station. I would stay there again if I return to Cancun. BONUS, inside the condominium there is a store and it serves meals in case you don't want to leave the place, you can find everything right there. The host was always attentive to making sure everything went well.

Had a great stay in Eva's airbnb which was family friendly. We loved the pool was was heated and clean as well as the wildlife. The apartment was clean, perfect for our family with travel cot available. Overall we recommend

Amazing stay in Cancun! The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, with beautiful views and great security. Eric was super responsive and helpful, and check-in was easy with clear instructions. Private parking was a nice bonus. Best place I’ve stayed in the Hotel Zone—definitely coming back!

Each person who responded to the questions I had, responded in a timely manner. The house was beautiful and as described as the photo. Check-in and check-out was easy. There were nearby restaurants and stores to get to. This place felt straight like home and was comfortable. Would definitely book this place again when I travel back to Cancun.
