Fully furnished, guests can make use of the kitchen, watch TV, or just hang around. Access to the apartment is through an elevator, and the building has 2 trolleys for transporting luggage or groceries. There is one parking spot available. Several walking resturantes in the area. Ferry Ultramar to Isla Mujeres is just 500 meters far.

The room has a large king size bed, a 32-inch TV, a single sofa, a hammock, a table with chairs, an equipped kitchen, a large closet and a large bathroom with a washing machine.
