Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Puerto Cancún

A lovely home in a residential neighborhood that was quiet and peaceful, with super friendly security guards at the gate. The decor was very modern, with cozy chairs and a large family size sofa. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great lady who does laundry and a great cafe that does delicious breakfast within a 1-minute walk. Mike is a super flexible host, always great to communicate with, and gave us great local recommendations. Highly recommend for family stays!

My second week staying here, Jorge & his mom are the BEST hosts!!! Never any issue with communication (very fast!), always willing to answer questions. This place is GORGEOUS!!! If you are not familiar with this type of area, it will look like your renting a concrete box - do NOT let the exterior fool you! Behind those walls are beautiful landscapes, very quiet, very private and super safe! It's very safe to walk, very peaceful, you have conveniences nearby (Sam's club, Walmart, grocery, convenience market, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.). The place is as pictured, so much space inside and outside! We did not want to leave this beautiful paradise! Our taxi driver commented when pulling up, this is a very expensive and very nice neighborhood! Don't wait, book this place , you'll be glad you did!

exceed my expectations, a cozy place with all the amenities, even many more than I expected, such as elements to go to the beach (chairs, umbrellas and ice maker), the hosts are great, they make you feel like they were your own family, a site 1000% recommended, if one day I return to that paradise for sure I will stay in this same place.

Rays place is a great place for a couple get away to relax and unwind the pictures in the photo matches the description of the place. the upstairs rooftop is amazing and well decorated, the jacuzzi and sauna was very relaxing we will definitely come back my wife loved the place so much. The space was properly utilized thanks for hosting us Ray!

We stayed for a week at this listing and it was impeccable. The photos are true to the description of the house. The pool is larger than you might think and has a toilet and outdoor shower which is very convenient. Gladys was a great host, very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this place for a vacation in Cancún!!

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

I have stayed at different airbnb places while travelling but the best kind and so friendly host . Would definitely come back and thank you so much again for the accommodation ,for the last minute stroller help and you were amazing

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

The apartment was very clean and I guess new . Also, kitchen was very useful. The people around and the host was nice and helpful. The only downside is there is a restaurant just across the street and it is very loud at the evenings, someone sensitive with sound may feel uncomfortable. Other than that everything was nice. The apartment was as described. A little off-center, but taxis and Uber are readily available. Several local shops and the neighborhood is very secure. It feels really safe. The swimming pool is right in of the unit. The accommodation was clean and air-conditioned, with all the amenities you need. The only small downside is the showerhead. The water comes out a little weakly, which is a little annoying. But other than that, everything is perfect for a stay of a few days or even a few weeks. Adrian is really attentive and answers any questions.

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

Can’t thank Blanca and Ola enough for allowing us to stay at their home. It is a beautiful location and is exactly as it is shown in the listing. The views and the pool are incredible. They lined up the transportation and ferry ride to get there from the airport. That took so much worry about the travel day away. The other concern was how to get around. They helped with renting a golf cart which we recommend for a few days. Taxis were always available right outside the condo. Look forward to our next trip there.

Absolutely fantastic place, this is our 4th trip to Isla and this is by far the best accommodation. Everything was as described and we felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Already planning our next trip and will def stay here again

The house was very clean and looked like the photos. Water was provided which was nice and the neighborhood had security which made us feel safer. Also, the surrounding area was safe. We were able to walk around at night.

Beautiful place, the room we stayed is feel like you ate home, very comfortable.
