Spoleto why not?

PaoloRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

B&B Domus Orvieto Appartamento

LynneRating, 5 stars6 months ago
What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

Little Olive Grove at Casa Mimosa

Mikel AnneRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We were able to make a very last-minute reservation to stay at Terry's Airbnb earlier this month. The space was absolutely wonderful! It's in a very peaceful setting and the apartment is extremely well appointed and very clean. Terry made us feel very much at home. She even had AMAZING home baked bread and incredible olive oil waiting for us when we checked in. She also had the home stocked with cereal, milk, coffee, etc. It was just perfect. The home is extremely spacious with a living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On site laundry was also available for a very small fee. The home is also stocked with books and games. Terry is a truly amazing and welcoming host and we love the opportunity to stay at her home in the future.

Valentina and her husband are hosts who care about their guests. The apartment is very large and has all the comforts, parking is easy to find and the center of Terni can also be reached on foot. We were happy with our choice and want to thank you for how we were treated, thank you for the breakfast you offered us. We hope to be back soon, a hug and happy new year again.

Historic house with pool in the Umbrian countryside

JasmineRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

I have only one word to describe Jo's place FANTASTIC! Beautifully clean with all the amenities you could ask for to make our holiday perfect, this also continued outside where the gardens and pool area were immaculately presented. Jo's communication was responsive never having to wait long for a reply and it was also very informative and took any worries out of travelling, the onsite manager Oscar was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in the local area and despite being held up in traffic due to a local festival Oscar waited for us to arrive and showed us all the features of the property. Hand on heart the property was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this for for couples and families alike it really does offer a great retreat either for relaxing or as a holiday base to explore the region

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

Casa del Cipresso in Pianciano

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals. The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Perfect place to stay in Orvieto! We were there for the Walking Marathon and we had a great time. Very comfortable reserved parking spot nearby, the place is comfortable and spacious for two people. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, the bed is comfortable and there are good solutions to warm up since it was still a little cold in April. The host was super kind and friendly, always available, we really felt at home!

A beautiful Airbnb experience! The house is lovely, and has everything you need… the pool is an added bonus with lovely views . Close to montefiascone, and easily accessible to bagnoregio, Orvieto and everything that Lake Bolsena has to offer . A beautiful part of Italy, and one of our best Airbnb experiences. Fonte Sala Agritourism - Ginestra

BowenRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Forca de Cerro

DortheRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Great house in the most beautiful surroundings! Everything is exactly as pictured. This is the place if you want tranquility and beautiful nature. There's plenty of room for 8 people, the pool is really lovely, and it's so cool with your own private pool. Thomas is really a great host, he responds quickly to all queries and is really really helpful in terms of trip suggestions, restaurants, parking etc. really a pleasure! Rome is about 1 1/2 hours away by train from Spoleto. So we spent a wonderful day there. Perugia about 1 hour by car - great city at the top of the mountain ♥️ The walk down from Forca de Cerro and to Spoleto, over the bridge is absolutely magical 🥰 Thank you for the “loan” of the lovely house - we have really enjoyed it ☀️ Nicest holiday with children and in-laws ♥️ Thomas, I can add that the restaurant : “Pizzaria San Pietro” makes the absolute best pizzas in the area 😉😊

It was wonderful staying in Ignazio's apartment in the beautiful Spoleto. He was such an accommodating host: meeting us, taking us to his great place, and telling us all about the area. Spoleto is a fascinating city, and we would love to return. The flat is extremely comfortable, and lovely, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to gorgeous restaurants and sites. Thank you!

We will stay here next time in Orvieto.

Charming apartment in medieval tower

KristelRating, 5 stars15 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)
A charming cobblestone street is lined with rustic stone buildings adorned with flower pots. Green vines climb along a wall, and a serene view of the landscape is visible in the distance. A gentle slope leads the way towards an inviting entrance.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!
