Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Province of Terni

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli nell’ alloggio di Felicita, e abbiamo apprezzato la sua simpatia, cordialità e gentilezza, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che serviva per la prima colazione caffè, latte, marmellata, fette biscottate ecc.. L’appartamento giusto per due persone era pulito e ordinato e si trova in un’ottima posizione. Consiglio a chi vuole visitare Spoleto e dintorni dí soggiornare da Felicita, noi abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto positiva.

What a beautiful place! Even better than advertised. Lidia made it simple to find the place and met me there to give me the key and show me around. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and dozens of restaurants and bars, two grocery stores, and boutique shops. Lidia supplied a variety of breakfast items. Stayed 3 nights, would happily stay longer. One of the best AirB&B’s I have used. Thank you, Lidia

We were able to make a very last-minute reservation to stay at Terry's Airbnb earlier this month. The space was absolutely wonderful! It's in a very peaceful setting and the apartment is extremely well appointed and very clean. Terry made us feel very much at home. She even had AMAZING home baked bread and incredible olive oil waiting for us when we checked in. She also had the home stocked with cereal, milk, coffee, etc. It was just perfect. The home is extremely spacious with a living/dining/kitchen area, as well as a bedroom and bathroom. On site laundry was also available for a very small fee. The home is also stocked with books and games. Terry is a truly amazing and welcoming host and we love the opportunity to stay at her home in the future.

Valentina e suo marito sono degli host che hanno a cuore i loro ospiti. L' appartamento e molto grande e possiede tutti i comfort, il parcheggio è facile da trovare e il centro di Terni può essere raggiunto anche a piedi. Siamo stati felici della nostra scelta e vogliamo ringraziarvi per come siamo stati trattati, grazie per la colazione che ci avete offerto. Speriamo di tornare presto, un abbraccio e buon anno ancora.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

I have only one word to describe Jo's place FANTASTIC! Beautifully clean with all the amenities you could ask for to make our holiday perfect, this also continued outside where the gardens and pool area were immaculately presented. Jo's communication was responsive never having to wait long for a reply and it was also very informative and took any worries out of travelling, the onsite manager Oscar was also very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and places to visit in the local area and despite being held up in traffic due to a local festival Oscar waited for us to arrive and showed us all the features of the property. Hand on heart the property was fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend this for for couples and families alike it really does offer a great retreat either for relaxing or as a holiday base to explore the region

Andrea é un host fantastico, il soggiorno é stato impeccabile e le comunicazioni facili e tempestive, non da ultimo ha gestito alla perfezione un inconveniente creato dalla persona che soggiornava con me.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

La maison est aussi belle que sur les photos. Elle est aussi très agréable à vivre. La grande piscine fait le bonheur des petits comme des grands. Le terrain entièrement clôturé est un réel plus, notre chien a pu explorer les lieux en toute autonomie. Tout est fait pour que les visiteurs passent de merveilleuses vacances. Nous avons également profité de l’huile d’olive et des légumes frais apportés par le maraîcher d’à coté. Catharine est une hôte adorable et très disponible. Nous reviendrons !

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Posto perfetto dove soggiornare a Orvieto! Noi eravamo lì in occasione della Walking Marathon e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Molto comodo il posto auto riservato nelle vicinanze, l’alloggio è comodo e spazioso per due persone. La cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare, il letto è comodo e ci sono buone soluzioni per scaldarsi visto che ad aprile era ancora un po’ freddo. L’host è stato super gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile, ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa!

Io e la mia famiglia, con due figli di dodici anni, abbiamo dormito due notti a palazzo Granaroli, location meravigliosa per chi ama immergersi nella storia senza rinunciare a qualche comfort. La vicinanza a Civita lo rende un'ottima scelta di soggiorno. Marco, in primis ma anche Alessio e Sara sono stati una presenza molto rassicurante, raggiungibili sempre. Tutto è stato perfetto! Consigliatissimo!!!

A beautiful Airbnb experience! The house is lovely, and has everything you need… the pool is an added bonus with lovely views . Alessandro and his family are wonderful, warm and welcoming - and happy to help and recommend restaurants and things to do. The house is in a beautiful area - rolling hills and olive groves. Close to montefiascone, and easily accessible to bagnoregio, Orvieto and everything that Lake Bolsena has to offer . A beautiful part of Italy, and one of our best Airbnb experiences. Thankyou, we will be back!

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, Thomas traumhaftes Haus in der Nähe von Spoleto zu erleben, und es war eine absolut fantastische Erfahrung! Dieses Haus bietet nicht nur eine atemberaubende Aussicht ins Grüne, sondern auch einen wunderschönen Pool, der unsere Tage unter der italienischen Sonne perfekt machte. Sowohl das Haus innen als auch der Außenbereich sind unglaublich stilvoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet, und wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Küche ist ein echter Traum mit einer umfangreichen Ausstattung und einer beeindruckenden Sammlung an Kochbüchern. Thomas ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er teilte großzügig sein lokales Wissen mit uns und gab uns unschätzbare Tipps für Aktivitäten, Restaurants und Wein in der Umgebung. Dank ihm haben wir Spoleto und seine Umgebung von ihrer besten Seite erleben können. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sind Thomas für seine Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit sehr dankbar!

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

L'appartamento di Ignazio è perfetto ed accogliente. Bello e pratico al tempo stesso. Si trova ad appena 2 minuti a piedi, entrando in città dalla Porta Monterone, la prima porta di accesso a Spoleto arrivando da Roma lungo la via Flaminia. Si può comodamente parcheggiare lungo le mura o davanti la porta, dove ci sono sia parcheggi gratuiti (con linea bianca), che a pagamento (linea blu), come anche un parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento sotto la Spoletosfera, a 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento si trova alla prima traversa a sinistra, subito dopo aver superato la porta Monterone. Una stradina in salita, ma non troppo ripida. L'appartamento e composto da un grande salone, con grande cucina, due divani, tavolo e un bellissimo grande camino antico, e un carinissimo soppalco. Poi c'è la camera da letto, molto intima, piccolina, ma davvero dotata di ogni comodità e davvero bella. Ignazio ha curato ogni singolo centimetro di questa casetta, con gusto, eleganza e senso pratico. Ci si può perdere nell'osservare i tantissimi quadri o i mille dettagli dell'arredamento. Ci si sente come avvolti da un'atmosfera calda e protettiva. In cucina non manca nulla, anche se noi ci siamo fatti solo un paio di tisane. Ed ultima, ma non meno importante, c'è una bellissima vasca idromassaggio accanto alla camera da letto! Davvero gradita al rientro a casa, in una giornata fredda invernale. Altro tocco di classe è l'avere due lavabi separati, uno nel bagno ed un altro in un angolino del salotto, così, se si è in coppia, ognuno può usare il suo lavabo alla mattina. Una delle case più belle prenotate attraverso air bnb. Grazie Ignazio anche per la tua gentilezza di averci segnalato visite guidate ed eventi in città. Speriamo di tornare presto, anche perchè Spoleto è nel nostro cuore!

First, Orvieto is a beautiful town with some breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, lots of history and things to see and do. Lucia has recently done a complete restoration of her apartment. Everything you could need is there and more. This is an emaculate property in a quiet neighborhood. We will stay here next time in Orvieto.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

l'appartamento è in pieno centro ed è molto curato. Gli host sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili. Se cercate un alloggio sia per una gita romantica che per una in famiglia questo alloggio fa per voi

Appartamento molto accogliente dotato di tutti i confort perfetto per 2 persone ambiente molto riservato e tranquillo a pochi passi dal centro .Andrea persona molto gentile e disponibile ci torneremo sicuramente!!!!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!
