My home will thrill you for the outdoor spaces, the light, the furnishings, the kitchen, the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Ancient stone house immersed in the Umbrian countryside, located within the medieval village of Civitella D'Agliano. It is strategically located between Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, a stone's throw from Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto and Lake Bolsena. Recently renovated with great attention to maintaining the character of a 16th-century building, it is located in the historic part of the town on the main access road to the old village: Via Cacciagliatri.

Guests will have a very comfortable place to stay, a small outdoor garden, and convenient parking. The guest den is a fully equipped modern space, it has everything you need for your stay.
