The apartment is just how it appears in the listing. It was easy to find and Sergio’s son met me outside before explaining the necessary bits of the apartment. There is a lovely walk along the riverside at the end of the street, countryside on the edge of the town and it is also only 10 minutes walk to the centre

The stay in Matteo's residence was a great experience both for the central location and close to all amenities and for order, cleanliness and tranquility. The heat of the underfloor heating was also pleasant. The private parking is appreciated and easily accessible by a flight of stairs that leads to the center of Todi and from which you can easily access the property. Definitely recommend.

Everything is just perfect! The accommodation is new, clean and tastefully furnished. Everything is carefully studied, Bianca is kind and helpful, we liked it so much that we wanted to stay longer but unfortunately we had other commitments. We will definitely be back to visit the surroundings even more, which are beautiful and offer many things to see. I highly recommend this place, even more so if you're traveling with a dog (there were even bowls).

The apartment is large, comfortable and clean. It is equipped with 2 TVs, as well as air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room, very useful in summer. The bathroom is also large enough. The condominium is quiet and the apartment is located near a large shopping mall, which can also be reached on foot. Availability of parking spaces right under the house. The host was very attentive to details, including making the house fresh for us upon our arrival. Really recommended!

Fiorella was outstanding! She helped in everything we asked for. We had a problem with our car renting, she picked us up at the train station and find for us a great local car rental. The house is nice, specious, clean and in a great location to travel the area. Highly recommend!

We spent a weekend in Mira's apartment and it was a beautiful stay. The apartment is spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you may need (coffee, sugar and various spices too). The view of the bell tower, from which you can see the mountain, makes everything more magical especially at night, when Narni becomes almost enchanted. The ringing of the bells is what it takes to experience these places that are almost still over time. In essence, highly recommended!

The apartment is comfortable and special. The pleasant surprise and it was very pleasant that the apartment was heated. The location is excellent in the Old City area. The small yard of the apartment is a pampering and special addition. Please know that this is in the LTZ area.

Daniele and Nicoletta were wonderful hosts - very responsive, kind, and helpful. The room was as beautiful as on the pictures, located in the heart of Orvieto. I had a great stay and would love to come back one day!

This is our second time staying in La Casetta di Viterbo and like the previous one we had a great time. Communication with Geneva was quick and effective, the house is clean and cozy, the check-in and check-out process is clear and simple. We'll definitely be back!

The trip with my daughter to Amelia was memorable... From the town just a few minutes away by car there is the possibility to see so much more wonderful things like the Marmore Falls... Fabio is super helpful and will be at your disposal to accompany you to the apartment, plus he won't let you miss anything for the essentials of the bathroom, kitchen and breakfast... I'm very satisfied...

What can I say? Gorgeous lake views, and Marco prepared everything we needed (and even things we didn't know we'd need). Stay was way beyond expectations. When we left items behind, Marco quickly helped us get them back - so thoughtful! Thank you so much Marco!

Great place to stay within walking distance of all the major sights in Orvieto. Amazing view of the rooftops and the Duomo. Daniele was one of the best hosts we have had through AirBnB. Very responsive, very helpful and proactive. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and we are already booking our next stay there.

Nice and comfortable appt in the center of Terni. Lovely small balcony. Stefania is a great host, gives you lots of tips to see and to do. She does her very best to make your stay a success. Terni is a good location for daytrips such as Todi, Orvieto etc Recommended.

What a wonderful stay in Viterbo! Ilia’s apartment is smack dab in the middle of the best part of the city. I was able to stop there many times for a rest or to use the restroom. The apartment itself was the perfect size for me, a solo traveler, but would also be fine for a couple. It was clean and has coffee and a couple croissants for breakfast. The bed was comfortable. Ilia even came to the train station to pick me up and take me to the apartment! So nice not to have to lug my suitcase after a long flight to Italy In short, if you want a really clean apartment, super central, with a comfortable bed, rent this one. You won’t be disappointed.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

The listing is photo compliant. The garden and pool are really beautiful for relaxing and resting. Plan the mosquito repellent for the end of the day and evening. Numerous sites and castles to visit nearby. I recommend the nearby restaurant Le Fenice (€15 menu with entrance, pizza, dessert and coffee).

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Stunning views from the apartment windows, beautiful and authentic furnitures and cool rooms in the tuscan heat. Many, many, many recommendations from the whole family!❤️

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.
