Family-friendly vacation rentals in Province of Terni

The place more than met expectations. Very comfortable, everything works well and it has everything you need. The place is beautiful! With spectacular scenery all around. It's a medieval castle on top of a mountain. In our case, the difficulty we encountered is that our idea was to move around to visit surrounding cities, from Rome to Florence, and the accommodation is not easily accessible.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

It was 3 really pleasant days, the setting was splendid and Gloria's farmhouse is really well kept and enhanced! Gloria was extremely kind and helpful from start to finish.

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Antonio and his wife were very welcoming and warm and flexible on our arrival time. This place is pristine with a view of the lake and a beautiful terrace on top floor , also in the warm season plenty of room for outdoor dinner and bbq. We had a great time with my family. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with all necessary amenities.

We had the most incredible time in Giove! Michele was so helpful before our stay, answering all of our many questions, and his parents Ornella and Marco were such wonderful hosts. Marco showed us around his art studio (he is an incredible painter) and Ornella baked us the most delicious cake! They were both friendly and helpful, but also they left us privacy and space to relax. We have to also mention the cats, who we were very sad to say goodbye to! We were 4 girls looking for a relaxing escape from London and we were so pleased we chose to stay here. We decided on the upper apartment which had the most incredible views of the area and was just a stones throw from the swimming pool. The views were incredible, the local town was beautiful and we can't recommend the place enough for a relaxing, Italian stay in the country.

Really beautiful. The property and views were just what we wanted. Away from everything. Just the countryside with clean fresh air. Pietro and Cristina were great. We really enjoyed our time there.

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

Staying in Gabriella and Luca's farmhouse was like a breath of fresh air! We were greeted by Luca, very kind, who provided us with very clear directions on the area. But even before our arrival we received precise and detailed directions on how to get to the farmhouse. The place is wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful. The house is very well kept, as well as the antique and valuable furniture that we greatly appreciated. We would have liked to stay more than two days, but surely, when we return to the area, the farmhouse will be our first choice. Thanks again to Gabriella and Luca!

Beautiful villa in the countryside, very well maintained, beautiful garden that surrounds the house, very kind staff and present for any need.

Annarita's place was just amazing. It was spotlessly clean and immaculately furnished. The bedroom was very large with heaps of storage space, the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was practical with everything you needed. Two beautiful outdoor areas to sit and have a meal or drink, one overlooking Orvieto, was just an amazing old town to explore (Annarita even supplied us with a parking card and gave us recommendations, which was appreciated) It is central to explore the area with restaurants and shopping close by. There is a washing machine and drying rack available as well in the unit. Annarita place is very secure, safe and peaceful, waking up each day to the birds and sunrise, you couldn't ask for more. Annarita is definitely a super host without a doubt. She took the time to talk to us, our Italian is not good but she went out of her way to communicate with us, her English is probably better than ours. Look no further if you want the perfect accommodation in Orvieto.

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

Very good location to visit medieval villages, access Lake Bolsena, thermal baths and the center of Viterbo is 5 min away by car. It is also convenient to go to Rome and to Ostia Antica. The accommodation is very pleasant, spacious, very clean, air-conditioned and the private terrace is well exposed and of good size. We particularly appreciated the attention of our host who wears delicious homemade pastries every morning. Also, when we arrived the fridge had been filled with drinks and we received a warm welcome. We highly recommend, very pleasant experience!

We had the most perfect time here, the photos don’t give this property the justice it deserves, it honestly exceeded our expectations. Definitely a hidden gem, just absolutely stunning. A perfect slice of Umbria, with a gorgeous pool surrounded by fields of olive trees. Will defiantly be recommended this property and cannot wait to return one day.

It's one of those places you wouldn't want to write the review because you'd like to keep it all to yourself... It's an authentic immersion experience in the woods and the beautiful landscape of the calanques. The house is surrounded by nature, very clean, pleasant and cared for. The nearest village can be reached in a few minutes and has all the essentials (bars, groceries, excellent trattoria with typical cuisine). Tobia's hospitality was exquisite, we immediately had a good time. Super attentive to any of our needs and at the same time very discreet and informal to make us feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

We had a fantastic holiday with Carmen! First of all, the accommodation is very nice. The interior of the apartment is a bit old-fashioned, but otherwise the pool was very nice with a beautiful view. We almost always had the pool to ourselves. The area is very quiet and very beautiful green! Carmen is really a mega sweet host, we felt very welcome by her and would love to come back again.
