My daughter and I stayed two nights here. The apartment has modern facilities and we had all we needed. The main bed is on a mezzanine level and is open to the below. It is located on the other side of Orvieto to the train station but easily reached by the CC bus. The area was quiet and we felt safe. Ianis and Oxana were very helpful and gave lots of suggestions. We would recommend to stay here.

Piero has restored my faith in AirBnB. This is what it used to be like. Unique place, responsive host, clear local recommendations, clean, not a bunch of instructions and rules. Piero's place has a beautiful view. I'd absolutely recommend it to couples that want to detach from the world for a bit. But you could also digital nomad out of the place, because the wifi was fast. I've had so many bad AirBnB experiences in Italy: wifi problems, ineffective heating and cooling, weird check-in procedure. I had NONE of that with Piero. It was truly perfect. I'd return, and probably stay a few more days on my next visit. There is a lot to do in the area, and I didn't do enough. P.S. Piero was away on holiday, and yet managed to help us with dinner reservations. Seriously. It is rustic, so expect that there will be bugs around. You should probably like nature. But it is comfortable and clean.

What a beautiful spot in lovely Orvieto. Close to the center of everything but private & so quiet. A lovely space, with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom & great kitchen space. Pasquale is an amazing host. He met us, warmly welcomed us and gave us a thorough orientation to this wonderful space. And he provides an amazing list of restaurants & activities. So genuinely warm & welcoming. You will love your stay here

Hosts were welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The environment is well cared for and quiet, surrounded by greenery. The location is convenient to Orvieto, Civita, Lake Bolsena and many other beautiful places. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the Pinball for work and it was a fantastic experience. The accommodations are really well designed, well equipped, and very comfortable. Simone is a great host, very knowledgeable about Viterbo and surrounding areas, very helpful, and gentilissimo! They also have the nicest staff, keeping everything in perfect order. The vintage pinball machines were the cherry on top. Overall the stay was one of the smoothest I've ever had, allowing me to really focus on work while also enjoying Viterbo. Simone and all at the Pinball, grazie mille e arrivederci!

Impeccable and very clean accommodation, we also took advantage of the reserved parking that is very convenient in the historic center. We were greeted by the host in a friendly and kind way, he gave us very useful tips for the stay. Truly delicious apartment full of all the comforts, the only suggestion is the provision of a small microwave. For the rest, really top! We highly recommend it.
