A Comfortable Ground Floor consisting of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry. The entrance is independent, overlooking the porch and garden of the house's exclusive stones. The accessible olive grove next door is shared with me. The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

The fully equipped kitchen is shared with the other two suites that complete the entire property. The Suite "Vista Lago" has a private terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Bolsena, an ideal place for a relaxing and restorative holiday, immersed in the surrounding nature.
