Waterfront vacation rentals in Province of Teramo

We spent two wonderful weeks in this very comfortable home. Best location. Right in front of the sea, cross the street and you are on the free beach, and if you want you have a wide choice of beaches. Ten meters from the door you have supermarket under the house, gastronomy for ready meals, and a parking lot for children, and from the promenade, a bike path and promenade full of restaurants, (we recommend the Braceria d 'Amare and its superlative cacio and ova pallotte) shops and ice cream shops. Nearby there is also a very wide choice of beautiful villages to visit or neighboring coastal towns, as well as the beautiful city of Ascoli. We also had bicycles and everything we needed to enjoy the free beach. We were greeted by a delightful couple who made us feel immediately welcomed and at home. Then sleeping with the sound of the sea is something we will miss very much. Recommended with your eyes closed, we will definitely be back!

What a great vacation we had in Roseto. Perfect location for a beach getaway with kids. Eleonora's apartment is located in a strategic location and to experience the vacation in the sign of relaxation. Facing the sea, a short walk from the station, the playground of the central pine forest and the shopping and clubs street. The two-room apartment is equipped with every comfort, new and super well-kept. Eleonora was quick to communicate and her mother welcomed us in the best of ways. I highly recommend it and hope to be back next year.

nice in every respect. our girls were delighted. playgrounds all around, 3 minutes walk to a peaceful beach. their parents were too: close to the supermarket, free parking... and the appartment a real surprise. it looks good, is much better.

You can walk to all the necessary services to spend a pleasant and peaceful beach vacation. in particular, thank you to the Abruzzoleaving team who have made themselves available and ready to quickly resolve a small problem with the washing machine. Definitely recommended!

Very nice and comfortable two-room apartment. In a central and quiet area really close to the sea. Thanks in particular to Mauro, due to an unexpected event (success to us) we were unable to check out at the scheduled time, despite this he was very understanding and kind. If you want to take a vacation in Roseto Degli Abruzzi, I highly recommend staying with Mr. Mauro.

Apartment is furnished in a very functional way, clean and equipped with everything you need and even things we didn't expect, we felt right at home. Then the effort made to anticipate check-in hours to avoid being out around during the hottest hours, given the critical temperatures. We just have to thank you for your great availability and kindness. Nice to have a garage for the car. Supermarket and beach within walking distance. The only problem is the location near the railway, we have struggled to get used to the vibrations that were felt at the passage of trains.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need to spend a holiday by the sea. It is located about 200 meters from the first beach. The only downside is in the listing description where it says that in addition to a bathroom there would be another small one that is not accessible because it is used as a storage room.

I highly recommend this house with the great garden! We enjoyed every moment and were pleasantly surprised at how nice and comfortable everything was. The hosts were extremely helpful and warm, and made our stay truly memorable. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! We will definitely come back again.

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

My stay was very quiet in Domenico's house, a very comfortable house, and polite, it exceeded my expectations.

Special house, spacious and 2 steps from the sea, large garden (there are not many garden houses in this area) with the possibility of organizing grills. Hosts who are friendly and helpful, recommended ;)

Very friendly host, is proactive in providing information and available for any needs. The apartment is very spacious, corresponds to the description and photos, with all amenities, in the city center, there is private parking. The location is great, everything you need is within a walking distance: cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, train station and most importantly 5 minutes to the sea. Ideal for family vacations, highly recommend it.

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

The apartment is new and although it is small, it has the necessary space for a holiday. We had no problem handling 3 children: two slept on the sofa bed and the smaller one in the camping bed that we have placed next to us. The bathroom is large with a comfortable and spacious shower. The air conditioning is served on the hottest days although in Tortoreto the weather is mild. Private parking under the house and elevator is a convenience not surprisingly when handling a stroller. Maurizio was very kind and always available for any of our requests. Tortoreto is perfect for all families and I recommend Maurizio because it will make you feel like you are at home

Giada is a very good host, even a second sun lounger, bathrobes and more towels were brought to us. The location right on the beach is fantastic, we were able to sit on the balcony with sea views every day and enjoy the view as well as fantastic sunrises. In October, many beach bars are already closed, but you can still find some nice places. Thanks again for having us. Mille Grazie and all the best Sabine

Overall a very nice stay..The view is blocked by a storage facility right in front of the unit, but you are literally 10 steps off the beach. we had to go purchase beach chairs as the unit had nothing on-site to use. The beds are great, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this 3 Bedroom Apt to anyone!

Great apartment and very well stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen there was no shortage of dishes. We had a great time in particular regarding the proximity to the sea and amenities. Antonio was always available and courteous in particular on the occasion of a breakdown of an important appliance, he immediately went out of his way to find a replacement and saved the situation. The only drawback of the apartment was the lack of air conditioning for us, on certain nights we missed it. Fortunately, the heat was not comparable to that of the Po Valley, so all in all it went well with the fans only. Ultimately great apartment, great location and great host. Recommended

Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.

I stayed in Francesco's apartment for about 10 days with my family and everything was perfect. Francesco's help has always been impeccable, especially when we asked for the crib for our daughter who made us find already assembled and ready. The apartment is spacious and enjoys a double exhibition that helps when it is warmer. For light sleepers like me, it is possible to close the windows to avoid hearing the trains in the morning using the air conditioner that refreshed the entire house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and eat, so it was very useful. We hope to be back soon!
