The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Enjoy nature 400 meters from the central square of Ascoli. You'll arrive downtown with a walk. House with garden overlooking the river and the Papal Paper Mill. Quiet place and full of peace. You will be welcomed by the warmth of the rustic atmosphere of a typical Italian house, built by my grandfather in 1922, with exposed stone walls.
