Great value for money. The area where the property is located is a private complex with gardens, hedges, flowers, beautiful! The accommodation is more than satisfactory for a vacation. Beautiful and comfortable terrace for outdoor dining. Yes, it is not renovated yesterday and you can't expect luxury at such a low price, but the house is spacious, tidy and clean - what matters! Recommended

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Daniela's apartment is really well thought out and furnished, has all the amenities and comforts and is in a convenient location to reach the sea. Excellent cleanliness! The terrace is perfect for dining out and enjoying the sunrise in the early morning. We had a really good time and she was always super helpful and kind. Really recommended! The accommodation is very welcoming, spacious and equipped with every comfort. It is also well ventilated, in fact we did not feel the need to turn on the air conditioner. The location is also great, just steps to the beach and shops. Thank you to Antonella for her availability and kindness.

We stayed a week with an eight-year-old. The apartment is new and is more beautiful than it looked in the photos. Convenient personal elevator and very nice terrace. Below the house there is almost always a free parking space at most in the cross street about 100 meters away. We were at Lido Paradiso which is about 7 minutes away, but there are others on the waterfront. Last night we "discovered" that we were only 4 minutes from the town where we were at the pub "Il Tasso Alcolico", recommended. PS: The city and the waterfront are equipped for bicycles, my son brought his scooter and yes he had fun with that too.

Everything was as described,cleanliness at 1, the sea within walking distance and suitable for smaller children, the owners always on hand, we praise very much, we travel around Italy and the nicest accommodation so far, we definitely recommend ,for us there could have been more dishes, we were a big family,but we still managed to cook 👍

We stayed for a couple of weeks with a 4 year old boy. Impeccable apartment, double bedroom, equipped living room and kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, large and very comfortable shower, parking at the entrance of the Villa really comfortable. Mila is an excellent host, kind and courteous and always available for any need and at any time! The house's location is optimal especially for those like us, traveling with a child, looking for comfort. Nearby shopping center, mini market, bar and beach really 500 meters away (both equipped and not). Great experience, we will definitely consider it for the next vacation. Beautiful view of the Adriatic, comfortable and very clean house, ideal for relaxing away from the clamor of the coast.

We had a nice week in Luca's house, a very helpful person and attentive to all requests and needs. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The air conditioner in the living area made moments of family sharing pleasant and cool. The two bedrooms are refreshed by a fan. The area where the house is located is central, full of bars and evening events (shows, concerts, piano bars, markets, etc.). The nearest equipped beach is about a 3-4 minute walk, while the free one is a little further away about a 10-minute walk. The village of Pineto is beautiful and very clean. Thanks to Luca.

I only have good words for this place. Exactly as described and the host goes beyond to help his guest. A must place to stay.

Our family of five stayed at Villa Eduardo for 7 nights. We were little bit afraid, because this was our first time with Airbnb. The house has very modern and easy access from Rome. The address was little bit hard to find, because the actual bigger road is called Strada delle Terme and them the right turn to a small rocky Via delle Terme. There is a large shopping mall nearby and nice restaurants. Especially Citta Sant'Angelo is really worth to see. The house is very modern with convenient garden and Tuscany-like scenery with olive growes and wineries. The actual view is breathtaking with the blue sea view. Lucia was very warm and welcoming host who came every day to check that we are ok. She also took us to the beach that they own. Every family is probably thinking about the pool and it was very good for us about 12 metres and wide about 5 metres. In any chance we would definitely go back.

For those like me looking for a quiet environment to relax and do some activities in contact with nature, this is the perfect place!
