A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

We stayed at Maria Cristina's villa with our family (6 adults and 2 boys). Wide living inside and outdoors that allow you to stay in perfect relaxation. The house is equipped with every comfort, nothing is missing! The villa enjoys a great view from the terraces and a large outdoor property where it seems to be in a very relaxing farm. The house is a 10-minute drive from the sea and supermarkets, but it is well worth it! Host available and great communication. Recommended!

It was just a perfect stay! The house is huge and in a great location. For my tribe finally reunited with 4 scrambled children it was a holiday of absolute freedom. After the morning at the sea, for them there was the afternoon in the pool under the olive trees: very happy! I enjoyed the sunrises on the sea and the evening breeze from the balconies that revolve around the house. There is even a bathroom with balcony overlooking the back. With the French door wide open, it felt like a shower in the trees. Antonello is a welcoming and helpful host and made us feel comfortable. A small internet connection issue was resolved immediately. Carmine, the person who follows the olive groves, was also very kind and generous to us: he brought us the tool to cook the Abruzzo roasts and gave us wine. Thank you for all the attention and great oil!

The place is beautiful , clean , big, big. Well equipped. The location is excellent ,there is a supermarket around and shops to buy groceries , the sea is close by, and also there are villages nearby to hike. The pool and the entire garden are well maintained. We were 7 adults and each had privacy and space.

Great place to stay. The villa is large and there is a lot of space to relax and not be on top of each other, even with a large group. Riccardo was excellent in walking us through his home and giving us reccomendations for hiking, eating and even our visits in other cities. A really great host.

Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment! Everything we needed for our first days was well organized. Carlo even left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was a lovely touch. The pool was clean, the bedding fresh, and all the essentials for a great vacation were provided. You don’t need to worry about anything—Carlo is always available, very communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend staying here!

Stunning space! Our favorite place we stayed on our trip. Salvatore has such a unique and artistic space that creates a curated experience you won’t forget. He was a gracious host and the breakfast was phenomenal! We will be talking about our stay and the views there for some time.

The villa is perfectly in line with the description, with attention to detail and equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. We also received information on points of interest in the area and the exchange with the host was always quick and clear. The host was very attentive to the needs of my family, especially the little ones, I really appreciated it. I definitely recommend the place.

I consider Erwin’s place one of the best places we have been in. He was very helpful and gave us 2 documents with instructions and recommendations The house was spotless, and the pool was amazing. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking view. On the second day, he came over and gave me the instructions in person which was Fab. I highly recommend his place.

We had a great time at Ivan's house. Our Doberman especially enjoyed the spacious and fully fenced backyard. The hosts were friendly and the house was clean and comfortable. Would gladly stay there again.
