Beachfront vacation rentals in Province of Teramo

We had wonderful and relaxing days in Scerne. Scerne itself is a peaceful little resort without hustle and noise. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, ice cream parlor, and these typical Italian bars. Everything on walking distance Beach is a 2-minute walk to a small field via a small field. It is a pebble beach and because we have already read that in the reviews we had such thin sleeping mats and bathing shoes for the children. Always fresh, pleasant wind! The beach is therefore really very nice and not overcrowded in August. The water was very clean and has a beautiful light blue color. There is also a wide meadow strip with palm trees if you want to lie in the shade. Beach bar is also provided. Directly on the coast is a nice bike path and if you want you to go to Roseto ( there are also sandy beaches )or Pineto and there is really something going on, especially in the evening! Marino lends bikes and we used them often. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and music. People are very friendly in general and English is spoken almost everywhere. We had chosen Abruzzo as a holiday destination also because of the unique mountains and it is really breathtaking! A hiking day up there is a worthwhile ( sturdy shoes required! ) It would be a shame to only reduce this area to the beautiful sea! Here are some words about the place: I am very happy to join the other reviews. The family is very, very hospitable and strives to allow the vacationers a nice time. Everything is very lovingly prepared upon arrival! From dishwasher tablets, detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and wine is somehow available! The fridge is filled with water and milk and special highlight: fresh vegetables from their own garden! The family lives upstairs in the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small separate terrace. Everything very clean and maintained! The contact is very unobtrusive and pleasant! The little cute Opi brought us fresh fruit and vegetables every day. There are two curious dogs in the family who are really sweet and like to be petted. Everything was perfect for us! If we can still afford a vacation next year, with all the increased prices in Germany we🤣🤣🤣🤣'd love to come back.

The apartment at Villa Chiara exceeded our expectations. The enchanting garden and the view of the sea was simply beautiful and relaxing.

Great apartment and very well stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen there was no shortage of dishes. We had a great time in particular regarding the proximity to the sea and amenities. Antonio was always available and courteous in particular on the occasion of a breakdown of an important appliance, he immediately went out of his way to find a replacement and saved the situation. The only drawback of the apartment was the lack of air conditioning for us, on certain nights we missed it. Fortunately, the heat was not comparable to that of the Po Valley, so all in all it went well with the fans only. Ultimately great apartment, great location and great host. Recommended

Great place, exactly as described. You can walk to all the necessary services to spend a pleasant and peaceful beach vacation. in particular, thank you to the Abruzzoleaving team who have made themselves available and ready to quickly resolve a small problem with the washing machine. Definitely recommended!

It was a real vacation! Sea and nightlife just a stone's throw... and siam we were super pampered by our host: from the fruit to the wine of their production, with which we were welcomed, to the lucky gift of a music concert! Clean house, with a nice living room and, above all, already equipped with towels and sheets (not for everyone). The only drawback, but it doesn't change the quality of the stay, was the absence of some kitchen items: we had no bottle opener and there were only fruit knives (the bread was missing). It was the stay we needed .

Fabulous week! Together with my husband, our three-year-old daughter and our 14-year-old dog, we had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. There has never been a pleasant breeze that refreshes the whole house without needing to turn on the air conditioning, the house is super clean and super functional, it is more spacious than it may seem in the photo and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very kind paolo in the directions on the phone, and Valeria is super available for any advice and to solve any type of need. Third floor without an elevator but we had no problem going up and down with the old lady and with the baby, so promoted and highly recommended! Hope to come back ♥️

I spent a relaxing vacation at Caterina's apartment, an apartment that is literally 30 meters from the sea. Great value for the price.

although we only stayed for one night, we found a clean and cozy apartment and we had a great welcome. Another positive aspect is the residence's pool, which can be used by guests.

I stayed with my daughter for a week and yesterday I was sorry to leave. I felt at home in a quiet situation among the comforts in a clean and elegant environment. Nothing was missing in the house, you go outside and you're in the center, you have everything around you. Across the street and there's the beach. The swimming pool is for guests' use with a lifeguard on duty. Francesca was an impeccable Host, always courteous and helpful. It's a place I recommend without a doubt

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Amazing location, in the best spot on the beach. The flat is great, comfortable, clean, beautiful, like new. The instructions and communication were very efficient. I thoroughly recommend it. Thank you very much for the kindness, it was a great experience.

Quite small but well-structured accommodation, good location ( 20 meters from the sea) inside there is practically everything ( no sheets as written between the information of the accommodation ). We were a little unfortunate with the cleaning (a few hair too far around and I have finished the shower drain myself ) but it can happen , the kitchen and living room were in excellent condition . I recommend it because I had a good time and it is in an area that for us was strategic to visit this beautiful region !

We stayed in this apartment during the holidays in Ferragosto and were really excited! The apartment is cozy, very clean and very comfortable, perfect for a family like ours (2 adults, a 3-year-old and an infant). We found everything you need to make the most of your vacation. The building is new and the decor is thoughtful. The area is extremely quiet, ideal for relaxing, and the outdoor area is a real gem: perfect for outdoor lunches in total serenity. The location is great, with the beach just a 3-minute walk away, and there's a pool that we really appreciated. The only note that can be improved is beach umbrellas, a little too close to each other, but nothing that ruined our experience. There is no private parking, but even during the busiest time of the year (Ferragosto), we were always able to find a place in the surrounding streets without too many problems, not at all

My boyfriend and I stayed a few days with the dog and we had a great time. Clean and cozy house with large enclosed garden very convenient if traveling with a dog. During the stay we never used the car. The location is a short walk from the sea and the main services.

staying at Villa Rosa da Emidio was like feeling at home, apartment with a panoramic terrace that allows you to see the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets without going down, sea view (and effort to go to the beach if you do it very little given the extreme proximity). The apartment is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils, the terrace has 3 tables to enjoy breakfasts, lunches or dinners under a beautiful gazebo, deck chairs for the lazy... in short, really wonderful... only flaw? lasted too little... we will definitely return

We spent two wonderful weeks in this very comfortable home. Best location. Right in front of the sea, cross the street and you are on the free beach, and if you want you have a wide choice of beaches. Ten meters from the door you have supermarket under the house, gastronomy for ready meals, and a parking lot for children, and from the promenade, a bike path and promenade full of restaurants, (we recommend the Braceria d 'Amare and its superlative cacio and ova pallotte) shops and ice cream shops. Nearby there is also a very wide choice of beautiful villages to visit or neighboring coastal towns, as well as the beautiful city of Ascoli. We also had bicycles and everything we needed to enjoy the free beach. We were greeted by a delightful couple who made us feel immediately welcomed and at home. Then sleeping with the sound of the sea is something we will miss very much. Recommended with your eyes closed, we will definitely be back!

We are very positively surprised it was just everything super the kitchen, living room just everything was clean and you didn't need anything else the price was also good and the sea was very close and again a lot of praise to the owners. Maybe we'll come again 😉

What a great vacation we had in Roseto. Perfect location for a beach getaway with kids. Eleonora's apartment is located in a strategic location and to experience the vacation in the sign of relaxation. Facing the sea, a short walk from the station, the playground of the central pine forest and the shopping and clubs street. The two-room apartment is equipped with every comfort, new and super well-kept. Eleonora was quick to communicate and her mother welcomed us in the best of ways. I highly recommend it and hope to be back next year.

Very nice and comfortable two-room apartment. In a central and quiet area really close to the sea. Thanks in particular to Mauro, due to an unexpected event (success to us) we were unable to check out at the scheduled time, despite this he was very understanding and kind. If you want to take a vacation in Roseto Degli Abruzzi, I highly recommend staying with Mr. Mauro.
