The house is completely isolated just 500 meters from the small village and 2 km from the Roccaforte di Civitella del Tronto. Away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape, lie on the lawn to sunbathe, take a dip in the pool or gaze at the stars. Light a fire for the barbecue and eat outdoors. Charming Central Bisenti Getaway, Garden & Parking

Central Bisenti, near the Gran Sasso. All amenities bakers, supermarkets, bars, restaurants are within walking distance, including a restaurant across the road. A regular bus service to Teramo, the bus stop is two minutes walk. The apartment is 180 square metres, secure garden and parking. Accommodates six guests and is ideal for the many fiestas that occur in Bisenti including the wine festival and nearby Arsita for the folk festival. Two small steps by the entrance.

Country Studio with Jacuzzi

Tramonto@Casa Fenice is a Studio apartment 30m from Casa Fenice. It has its own bathroom and kitchenette. The apartment has outdoor space to the North West of the property with a private patio with barbeque and seating, as well as access to a large Jacuzzi, run cool in summer as a mini swimming pool. (Please view additional notes for jacuzzi availability in winter) The views over the Saline River valley are beautiful. Only 30mins to the beach and 45mins to the mountains!

A refuge in the countryside

The tent we rent is new and very spacious, 4 ml in diameter. The pole in the center allows you to stand comfortably. It has a capacity of 4/5 single or 4 single mattresses with a square and a half ( Up to 140cm each). Inside it is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the property, mattress + linen for 8 euros per day The use of the kitchen is subject to a daily tax of 2 euros.
