Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Province of Teramo

We had wonderful and relaxing days in Scerne. Scerne itself is a peaceful little resort without hustle and noise. There is a bakery and a small supermarket, ice cream parlor, and these typical Italian bars. Everything on walking distance Beach is a 2-minute walk to a small field via a small field. It is a pebble beach and because we have already read that in the reviews we had such thin sleeping mats and bathing shoes for the children. Always fresh, pleasant wind! The beach is therefore really very nice and not overcrowded in August. The water was very clean and has a beautiful light blue color. There is also a wide meadow strip with palm trees if you want to lie in the shade. Beach bar is also provided. Directly on the coast is a nice bike path and if you want you to go to Roseto ( there are also sandy beaches )or Pineto and there is really something going on, especially in the evening! Marino lends bikes and we used them often. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants, and music. People are very friendly in general and English is spoken almost everywhere. We had chosen Abruzzo as a holiday destination also because of the unique mountains and it is really breathtaking! A hiking day up there is a worthwhile ( sturdy shoes required! ) It would be a shame to only reduce this area to the beautiful sea! Here are some words about the place: I am very happy to join the other reviews. The family is very, very hospitable and strives to allow the vacationers a nice time. Everything is very lovingly prepared upon arrival! From dishwasher tablets, detergent, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee and wine is somehow available! The fridge is filled with water and milk and special highlight: fresh vegetables from their own garden! The family lives upstairs in the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a small separate terrace. Everything very clean and maintained! The contact is very unobtrusive and pleasant! The little cute Opi brought us fresh fruit and vegetables every day. There are two curious dogs in the family who are really sweet and like to be petted. Everything was perfect for us! If we can still afford a vacation next year, with all the increased prices in Germany we🤣🤣🤣🤣'd love to come back.

Since our arrival we were greeted with great cordiality and helpfulness, and we immediately felt at home. we stayed at Nancy's apartment for two weeks with my partner and our 9-month-old girl. We had a great time, as if it were a house: large terrace, very livable, equipped, nothing was missing to cook, excellent cleanliness, great availability of Mr. Ottavio, which as a location: very close to the sea, but quiet. exactly as described in the ad. I would absolutely recommend it.

Second time we have stayed with Manila. The apartment is lovely and spotlessly clean. Manila is extremely helpful and responsive.

Very large and well-disposed apartment. Large and cozy rooms equipped with air conditioning. Very comfortable beds and spacious closets. Really nice outdoor terrace with even a small functional kitchen. The apartment is less than 100 meters from the sea. You have to cross a fairly busy road and cross the railway underpass; then you get to a beautiful and cool pine forest. From there you can access both a private and a public beach. The only thing (but nothing that compromises a beautiful vacation) is that around the building (except the shopping center) there is nothing at the level of shops, bars, ice cream parlors and social life; you have to take the car and go more to the village center. Tiziana has always been present, punctual, kind and helpful. We had a really good time with everything; Abruzzo is worth a visit.

Great house for holidays with children, it is 50 m from the pine forest (with playground) and less than 100 m from the sea. On the waterfront there are many restaurants and places to eat, all close to the house and within walking distance. Gianluca is very kind and helpful, the apartment is clean and tidy, the kitchen is richly equipped and there is also a washing machine and an outdoor sink. The house is a bit dark, but for me it was a good thing because it remained cool, and we never had to turn on the AC.

Feeling at home in Pietracamela The feeling we had, right away, was that of being at home. Indeed, in some ways even more beautiful because Pietracamela and its surroundings are really a place that deserves a stay. The house is complete with everything and Giovanni and his wife who welcomed us and Teresa, were really unsurpassed. Nothing was missing, but if we needed anything, we knew we could count on them. The village is picture-perfect, there are no shops but you can get organized, and then the two bar-restaurants nearby have everything you need, you eat really well and don't spend a lot. It was like a kind of escape in time and space: we spent the first days of the year with the snow, the fireplace and the timeless atmosphere of a real Abruzzo. Thanks, Teresa, Giovanni, Pietracamela, we had a really good time! Goodbye!

We stayed at Lorenzo/Antonella's place for two weeks. The house is located in a fairly quiet area 150 meters from the sea where there are both establishments and free beaches (very clean sea and sandy beaches)... in the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets... so if you want you can leave the car and ride on foot or by bike for the entire vacation. The house is absolutely CLEAN, tidy, equipped with everything you need, optimal size for 2/4 people... it has a nice paved and fenced outdoor space, so we who were traveling with two dogs found it very useful and they were happy to play outside... there is also an area covered by a sun tent and equipped with a very comfortable table and chairs to spend time outside. Lorenzo and Antonella are two kind and nice people, with whom we communicated very well. If we go back to Silvi, we hope to be able to stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Tina and her parents were extremely friendly to us! They even lit the fireplace to create a magical and romantic atmosphere! Beautiful mountain views and a peace we haven't been able to find in a long time!

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

It was a goodexperience, the house is very cozy and you can breathe a tranquility that can recharge you... convenient location, on the hill a few minutes by car from the sea. Highly recommended, we were greeted by Allen's mom, a nice lady who was always available!

Perfect location! Very warm, traditional apartment. Hosts are lovely! We arrived to fresh homemade pastries, a bowl of fruit, milk, bottled water, spices, and many other kitchen items. Felt like home right away. Will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed a few days with the dog and we had a great time. Clean and cozy house with large enclosed garden very convenient if traveling with a dog. During the stay we never used the car. The location is a short walk from the sea and the main services.

Apartment with everything you need, also equipped with very comfortable bicycles to get around. Masha is very kind and super available for tips on places to visit and places to eat. We had a great time.

Niceapartment, scrupulously tidy and clean, in an elegant and quiet condominium. It has ample space and a large and livable terrace from which you can see a beautiful view of the sea; equipped with everything you need. On foot you can reach the nearby beach, the waterfront and the center; adjacent to the house there is a useful large supermarket. The owner and the lady who takes care of check-in and check-out are nice, kind and helpful. Everything is perfect. Our stay was very pleasant, we recommend it! To be back!

Small apartment equipped with every essential element to spend a week of vacation. The house is in an area close to the center, the long sea and all the necessary amenities (all within walking distance). Raffaella was available to give us information and flexible for check-in and check-out times.

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

We stayed with Pierino for a week. The apartment is small but has all the comforts. Mr. Rino, who welcomed us, is an exceptional person. Our two dogs also traveled with us, who were kindly welcomed by the owners. Very convenient ample private parking a few steps from the house. We will definitely be back!

We had the best holiday in Roseto. Emanuela was always available, really friendly and solution-oriented. The location was really nice, a 5 min walk to the beach and the airco in the appartment was amazing!
