The house is located in the beautiful village, with a food and wine vocation, of Torano Nuovo, "town of taste", "City of Wine" and capital of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Nearby are the cities of Ascoli Piceno, San Benedetto del Tronto, Civitella del Tronto with the Fortress, as well as the Adriatic Coast. Ability to go on MTB and "Walk in Nature".
