Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Teramo

Abbiamo fatto la nostra annuale reunion tra vecchi amici ed é stata la location perfetta! C’era un ampio soggiorno dove stare tutti insieme, cucina attrezzatissima! Estrema pace dei sensi e paesaggio mozzafiato ! Dolcissimi i gattini intorno alla casa. La signora poi é stata così gentile che al nostro arrivo, sapendo che eravamo enologi, ci ha lasciato 4 bottiglie da assaggiare della zona ! Grazie !

L'alloggio di Riccardo è ordinato e molto pulito. All'interno abbiamo trovato stoviglie, detergenti per il corpo, asciugamani, fon e un condizionatore in camera da letto. Riccardo è stato disponibile, proattivo e preciso; ci ha saputo consigliare parcheggi e ristoranti. Nella parte esterna, rispetto alle foto, mancava l'amaca. La zona si presenta molto tranquilla a mezz'ora da Pescara. Nonostante il giudizio positivo indico alcuni dettagli migliorabili: Mancanza di tende, deposito esterno disordinato e quindi poco piacevole da vedere se si usufruisce del giardino, caldaia a tratti rumorosa.

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb e non poteva andare meglio di così! 🤩 Alloggio facile da trovare, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno Ci siamo trovati benissimo assieme al nostro cane, con il giardino recintato per far godere anche a lui la vacanza, cosa per noi fondamentale La casa è l’ideale per staccare la spina e godersi del relax nella tranquillità, sia di giorno che di sera Roberto è un Host super disponibile e gentilissimo, anche per qualunque domanda o consiglio per visitare la zona e i dintorni! 😄 Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consigliamo assolutamente, ci torneremmo subito!!

Casa antica molto particolare con un terrazzo stupendo che affaccia sui tetti del centro storico. Ho amato anche gli arredi, curati nei minimi particolari. Consiglio questa struttura per un soggiorno di 2-3 giorni in primavera/estate, quando è possibile godersi anche il terrazzo.

Wir wurden von dem Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich in dem kleinen Ort Villa Rossi wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist neu und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Auch die Nachbarn in der unmittelbaren Umgebung sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man sich beispielsweise ausgesperrt hat. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen auf das Campo Imperatore und die großen Berge in der Umgebung. Ein wunderschöner Ort, um ein paar Tage zu bleiben.

Appartamento splendido,pulito e ottimamente fornito di tutto. La vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e il silenzio sono impagabili ! È una casa in campagna fresca di ristrutturazione con cucina su sala da pranzo con camino funzionante e TV. Ci sono ben 4 camere : 2 camere matrimoniali+ una ad uso studio e l'altra con divano letto matrimoniale e TV. C'è tanto spazio e privacy per tutti. La cucina è nuova, completa di pentole, piatti , bicchieri padelle ecc.. nuovi e di buona qualità. Moreno è un host perfetto. Ha superato tutte le migliori aspettative. Raccomandatissimo!

Schöne Lage/im Apartment alles was man braucht/herzliche Gastfreundschaft/super Kommunikation. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar, um die Gegend zu erkunden und die Familie immer hilfsbereit

La casa di Eloisa è un vero gioiello tra le colline abruzzesi, a due passi dal centro di Tortoreto, con una fantastica vista sul mare. La casa è molto spaziosa per due persone, pulita, e la terrazza sul mare è una vera chicca. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il doppio affaccio su mare e montagne. Ottima comunicazione con l’host. Grazie di tutto Eloisa!!!

"Due giorni di relax nell'appartamento di Wilma! Dal momento in cui ho messo piede in questo spazioso rifugio urbano, mi sono sentito completamente a casa. Ogni angolo dell'appartamento è progettato con gusto e attenzione, offrendo un comfort di alto livello che ha reso il mio soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La posizione centrale è semplicemente imbattibile - con facilità di accesso ai principali punti di interesse della città e una comodità ineguagliabile per esplorare. Vilma ha pensato a tutto: dall’arredamento funzionale alla cucina super attrezzata, ogni dettaglio è stato curato per assicurare un'esperienza senza pari. Dormire in una camera da letto così tranquilla e accogliente, nel cuore pulsante della città, è stato un vero piacere. Se cercate un posto che combini accoglienza, comfort e una posizione perfetta, non cercate oltre: l'appartamento di Vilma è la scelta ideale per chiunque voglia vivere la città al meglio per turismo o lavoro.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Appartamento ristrutturato e pulitissimo, in un’antica villa panoramica con un grande giardino intorno, molto curato. L’appartamento ha anche un bel terrazzo e un comodo parcheggio per l’auto, in un cortile con cancello automatico. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, alle porte di un piccolo borgo, ottimo per rilassarsi e sentirsi in vacanza. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile, e ci ha anche dato utili indicazioni sui dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Bellissima vista sull' Adriatico, casa confortevole e pulitissima, l'ideale per rilassarsi lontani il giusto dal clamore della costa.

Vše odpovídalo popisu,čistota na 1,moře v docházkové vzdálenosti a vhodné i pro menší děti,majitele vždy po ruce,moc chválíme,cestujeme po Itálii a zatím nejhezčí ubytování ,určitě doporučujeme ,za nás mohlo být více nádobí jsme velká rodina,ale i tak jsme zvládali vařit 👍

We had an excellent stay at the apartment! Everything we needed for our first days was well organized. Carlo even left a bottle of wine as a gift, which was a lovely touch. The pool was clean, the bedding fresh, and all the essentials for a great vacation were provided. You don’t need to worry about anything—Carlo is always available, very communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend staying here!

A perfect place to stay! Under 10 minutes drive from the beach, an hour’s drive to amazing hiking mountains, view of the sea and mountains from the property, historic sights in walking distance, under an hour from the airport, peaceful garden, 2 terraces, 4 sets of garden furniture in different places for as the sun moves around the house, a very comfortable, clean and well-equipped interior. Leonardo and his wife were very helpful and friendly - they gave us the keys, did a tour of the property, and answered questions. They were also very responsive with texts throughout the week (e.g arranging late check-out). Very reasonably priced, especially considering no additional charges for heating, water etc. unlike many similar properties - we were particularly grateful as it was unusually colder weather that week! Note: tell the hosts how many rooms as well as people - they had prepared 4 beds in 2 rooms but we needed 3 separate rooms, so they kindly unlocked and prepared the 3rd room.

Great place to stay and walking distance to Citta Sant Angelo historic center. The place is roomy with an incredible view from the windows and terrace. It’s just off the main 2 lane road but also pretty quiet. Rosario was great and met us to check in even though our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10 PM. Great location to explore this area of Abruzzo as well. Would highly recommend especially if you are staying more than a couple of nights as it wasn’t cramped and had a nice kitchen with the basics for cooking.

We stayed for 3 nights , while exploring the Abruzzo region. The home is peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. The views are spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Caterina and Paolo are wonderful hosts. Paolo met us there for check in to ensure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home.

החוויה הכי טובה שהייתה לי בairbnb אי פעם. מארחים מדהימים. מקום יפייפיה, ממש חלקת גן עדן. הייתה פרטיות מוחלטת למרות שהמאקחים גרים בקומה למעלה, הם לא הורגשו והופיעו בדיוק כשהיה צורך. התוצרת שהם נתנו לנו כמו שמן זית ועגבניות הייתה באיכות מעולה והרגשהו בבית מהרגע הראשון. נחזור לבקר אותם בהזדמנות הראשונה!

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!

Alloggio bellissimo, immerso nella natura e nella piena tranquillità. Molto pulito e ben gestito. Avevamo anche 3 cani con noi e sono stati ben accettati! Laura è stata molto gentile e disponibile per ogni cosa ed è stata molto flessibile con il check in e check out. Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Raccomando vivamente questo alloggio, l’unico in grado di offrire un’accoglienza impeccabile e di valorizzare al meglio la bellezza del territorio circostante!
