Shannons schönes Apartment ist ideal zentral gelegen, um Abruzzo zu erkunden. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt, zwischen Meer und Bergen, sodass man einfach viele Möglichkeiten hat etwas zu unternehmen. Besonders gefallen hat es uns in Atri und Umgebung. Bestimmt wird es nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt bei Shannon gewesen sein :).

Eine megatolle Wohnung, alles an Ausstattung, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Es gibt sogar Fahrräder um auf dem tollen Radweg am Meer entlangzufahren. Eine traumhafte Aussicht, eine tolle Lage. Perfekte Kommunikation. Gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante le vacanze di Ferragosto e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti! L’appartamento è accogliente, pulitissimo e molto confortevole, perfetto per una famiglia come la nostra (2 adulti, un bambino di 3 anni e un neonato). Abbiamo trovato tutto l’occorrente per vivere al meglio la vacanza. Lo stabile è nuovo e l’arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli. La zona è estremamente tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi, e l’area esterna è un vero gioiello: perfetta per pranzi all’aperto in totale serenità. La posizione è ottima, con la spiaggia a soli 3 minuti a piedi, e in più c'è una piscina che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. L’unica nota migliorabile riguarda gli ombrelloni in spiaggia, un po’ troppo ravvicinati tra loro, ma nulla che abbia rovinato la nostra esperienza. Non c'è parcheggio privato, ma anche durante il periodo più affollato dell’anno (Ferragosto), siamo sempre riusciti a trovare posto nelle vie circostanti senza troppi problemi, nonosta

Maria Pia's Airbnb, is absolutely fabulous! it was beautifully appointed. Maria Pia greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us all around the apartment. The Airbnb is along the piazza, which made it convenient to shop, go to a café, have an aperitivo, or a passeggiata. We can't thank her enough, and will book her Airbnb the next time we are going to Ascoli Piceno.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa pulita e con tutti i confort, ottima anche la posizione che a due passi dal mare con due bimbi piccoli non poteva mancare. Se dovessimo tornare in zona riprenoterei sicuramente da Federica.

Luca’s apartment is a gem. Bright and comfortable. The panoramic view of the mountains is beautiful. The location is ideal, right off the main square yet the place so quiet - even with the windows open. Luca was such an accommodating host. He was very responsive, no matter when I contacted him. He greeted me at the unit and gave me maps, shopping and restaurant tips throughout my two week stay. He was great at adding photos to explain where a shop or site was. I would definitely re-book a stay at Luca's if I ever returned to Ascoli-Piceno. It is good value for the money.

Luca is a responsive, friendly and gracious host. The house manual he has there is amazing-comprehensive and easy to read, includes information about the house, the area and suggested attractions. The place is spacious, pretty and has all the amenities one could need, including anything necessary for people traveling with small children. The bed is comfortable and there are ample towels. I happened to be there when it was in the mid 90's Fahrenheit, so the lack of air conditioning made the temperatures inside uncomfortable. The lack of A/C is standard in the town, the locals seem used to it and it is only hot in July, but worth noting if one is sensitive to heat, it can be an issue. There was a small issue upon arrival with the hot water, but it was fixed immediately- the host has caretakers who live right across the street. It is a 5 star place with a 5 star host.

Posto fantastico immerso nella natura, curato in tanti aspetti, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Molto spazio anche per i bambini.

This was our second stay this year at Alessio's house. Sounds like an addiction,....well it is. Probably because we love Abruzzo and its people. I have never encountered so many friendly and helpful people in one place as in this part of Italy. If you love tranquility, the sea and the mountains, then this is the Place. 30Min to the beach in Roseto. 1 hour to Campo Imperatore and Grand Sasso ("Il gigante que dormire" as they say in Abruzzo). Amazing. If you are a wine lover, Abruzzo has a number of rather unknown cantinas but if you give the unknown a try, your tongue will experience sensual miracles. The same goes for the natural and pure olive oil...well what can I say....try it !!!

L'host Marian Claudiu è stato super reattivo e proattivo con le comunicazioni, ma senza essere mai invadente. Mi ha anche dato qualche consiglio su cosa visitare in zona, di sua spontanea volontà, e la visita si è rivelata sorprendentemente interessante, quindi consiglio prezioso! La casa rispecchia la descrizione e le foto, ma è più grande di quanto non sembri sul sito, soprattutto il balcone che è immenso. Unica cosa da segnalare, la casa è vicino alla ferrovia ma personalmente ciò non ha causato alcun fastidio. Vorrei tornarci.

Alapvetően minden az elvártak szerint alakult. Kitünő ár-érték arányú szálláshely. A házigazda az általunk okozott problémát is rugalmasan és türelemmel megoldotta, külön köszönet ezért. A konyha kitünően felszerelt. A strand tényleg csak egy pár lépésre van ezt nagyon kedveltük. Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk, csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo splendido appartamento fronte mare (praticamente sulla spiaggia). La casa era pulita e in ordine completa di tutto, giardino splendido con gazebo, lettini e strumenti per barbecue. Posizione perfetta per muoversi a piedi o in bici per raggiungere il centro e fare la spesa. Grazie mille a Matteo, Marco e Francesco che sono stati dei super HOST !!!! Ci si vede presto....

L appartamento di Valerio è un bijoux fronte mare; spazi ampi e ben arredati, vicinanza a tutto. Veramente abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta. Valerio host sempre gentile e disponibile.

Appartamento ben tenuto in una località stupenda e vicinissimo al mare. Francesco e Gaia sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. È stata proprio una bellissima vacanza.

Casa fantastica, ben attrezzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Moderna e funzionale. Ti fa' sentire subito a tuo agio. Definirla una mansarda non rende l'idea di quanta luce e spazio trovi. Inoltre ha un grande valore aggiunto: una terrazza piacevolmente vivibile e panoramica. Un vero gioiello, dove la vista parte dai tetti del borgo di Montepagano e si allunga alle creste della catena montuosa del Gran Sasso, per poi finire nel mare di Roseto. Alla sera un piacevole scintillio di luci si presenta ai tuoi occhi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gianni e Sara, disponibilissimi e sempre gentili. Questa nostra vacanza è trascorsa in totale e reale relax. Bravi e grazie di tutto, da Francesca, Alberto e Chloe (il NS cane volante). .. Pensandoci, ci torneremo volentieri.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr angenehm, insbesondere durch die Klimatisierung, wie jetzt im Juli. Der sehr schön angelegte und gepflegte Garten bietet die unterschiedlichsten Möglichkeiten zum Sitzen und hat auch genug Privatsphäre. Das Parken und die Erreichbarkeit ist sehr einfach, sicher und zuverlässig. Zu fuß ist es nicht ganz so einfach, wenn man nach Teramo in die Altstadt, oder z.B. ins la battista (Empfehlung) möchte. Nicht weil es weit ist, sondern weil das Anwesen etwas außerhalb liegt und man dann ein Stück an der Straße gehen muss. Aber das war im Vorfeld klar, dafür ist die PKW Zufahrt hervorragend. Der Standort selbst ist sehr gut, kurz ans Meer und relativ kurz in die Berge. Die Möglichkeiten vor Ort sind unendlich. Felice ist ein sehr umgänglicher und sehr freundlicher Mensch, der seinen Gästen vertraut. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen, bell`abruzzo wir kommen wieder!
