Appartamento estivo molto panoramico, affacciato direttamente sul mare domina tutta la costa romagnola da Ravenna ad Ancona. Molto spazioso, luminoso, due camere e un bel soggiorno affacciato sul mare, cucinotto super attrezzato, bagno, con lavatrice . 3 terrazzi abitabili uno per ogni stanza. 3°piano con ascensore, posto auto coperto in cortile, accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento con pompa di calore . Attaccato a Milano Marittima, vicino a Mirabilandia e Ravenna.

Anna Apartment Mare e Pineta

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

Simple apartment but with the necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if there is anything you need. He offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Very nice quiet place to stay, no passing traffic and parking on a driveway off the road. Manola is lovely and lives next door. Train station is a 20 minute walk away giving frequent trains with short journeys to Ravenna and Rimini so a good option if you want to visit these cities and avoid the traffic. An excellent price to pay for this location. Highly recommended.

We had a great time. Stefania was very kind and met our needs. The apartment is very nice, spacious, and super clean. Important thing: the beds are comfortable! It is also extremely quiet and the area is quiet and very close to the sea and restaurants. Cherry on the cake: every day, in the garden, we received the nice visit of one of the many peacocks that live in the area.

Marco and his wife Magda welcomed us very well, helpful, friendly and present for any need. The apartment matched the description, it was beautiful, equipped (wonderful the two terraces, very spacious) and clean. If we return to the area, it will definitely be our first choice.

Enrica place was lovely, and she was so helpful to our family including purchasing an assitional item for the cot. We were visiting for the Ironman race, and everything was within walking distance. supermarket near by along with a fantastic pizza takeaway just 5 min walk away. definitely recommend

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.
