I had a wonderful weekend in this apartment! The house is clean, cozy and perfectly equipped with everything you need. The location is convenient, in a quiet area but close to everything. The host was very kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Absolutely recommended, I'd love to go back!

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Viola was an incredibly helpful host. She was always very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very comfortable and clean and well kept. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone who wants to stay in Faenza.

Eleonora was very helpful with questions and I felt very comfortable in the apartment. It has a special charm and you can tell that a lot of love has been put into it. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The condo was great! Very spacious, pleasant and with two nice outdoor decks, AC, comfortable beds, my own garage space for my car and washer and dryer in one, I felt right at home. The only thing missing that would have made it perfect was a microwave. The Airbnb host was very attentive, helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in the area. I’ve recommended this listing to my family members when they stay in Ravenna.

We loved our stay here. Very thoughtful and accommodating host - this is the home she grew up in and her care for it and our stay was clear. The home has a family vibe and is in the middle of beautiful Emiglia-Romagna farmland. Our daughters especially enjoyed the patio chairs on the lawn and the cherry tree that was full of fruit. This was great value for money and Catia was very accommodating of our large group. We highly recommend!

I was a guest for almost a week in the accommodation and I had a great time. Polite and helpful host. The apartment is well furnished with kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you need to stay a few days, without having to adapt to what is usually (not) made available to the guest. In the more than 5 years I've traveled and rented apartments on Airbnb, I've never stayed in a place as amazing as Micheline's. From the beginning, the flexibility of check-in was impressive – she allowed me and my girlfriend to enter well before the scheduled time. Both Micheline and Matteo were extremely attentive and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The apartment is impeccable, fully equipped, with first-class cleanliness, excellent internet and several convenience items, such as cleaning products and seasonings available. The location is also great and very safe. We stayed for a month and, when we left, we felt a great sadness for leaving such a special place for us. Our only regret was not staying longer or renting the apartment for a longer season. I can say with confidence, as someone who has hosted on Airbnb: this apartment is amazing, and Micheline and Matteo are exceptional hosts. We will miss it.

I stayed in this apartment for three nights and was really satisfied. The welcome was warm and attentive from the very first moment. Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Wonderfully kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was bright and airy, has a lovely courtyard below, and was in the center of everything. Even with great windows, there’s some sound from the people below until midnight some evenings, but that’s to be expected in this terrific location. A suggestion so you don’t repeat my error: read. the. entire. description. —don’t just look at the photos. If you’re traveling solo or with another person, both bedrooms aren’t necessarily at your disposal unless you communicate with the hosts. I messed up and they were extremely gracious, helpful and quick in sorting it out. Super nice people! I have a few favorite places to stay in Ravenna and this has been added to the list! Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Large, comfortable apartment, a little dated in the fixtures. A few small amenities to improve, such as the lack of towels and a colander not suitable for 6 people, but overall very well. TV with decoder and therefore 2 remote controls, convenient indoor parking, air conditioning in the 3 rooms, tennis court and pool. The free beach is not far away. A pleasant vacation, it would be nice to be able to go back.

I stayed for a week at the end of August, with the aim of introducing my dog to the sea. The apartment, although furnished in an extremely simple way, was functional. The gem are the two terraces, one in front of the entrance, the other in the bedroom, which joined to the sixth floor allowed for a beautiful view of the pine forest in front and the beach, strictly for dogs. Check-in was quick and easy, the indoor auot place was always available and, made not secondary, all the guests of the property polite and not noisy. Great for people looking for a simple solution, not overly expensive and suitable for a week at the beach: if you have a dog, it's the perfect solution for you.

In the midst of apricot gardens: on our arrival day, the apricot picking began and 4 freshly picked specimens were waiting for us as a welcome. Phenomenal view, beautifully landscaped garden, with private outdoor terrace. Everything brand new. Too bad we had rainy weather, so we couldn't make the most of the amenities. A place where you say: I could stay here longer! Base for, among others, Brisighella, Comacchio, Ferrara and also Faenza. We also received dining tips and hiking suggestions. At our breakfast the hostess came running with a bottle of milk (which we had forgotten to bring). Everything is stylish, both inside and outside. Someone is present daily for maintenance. The evening lighting of the swimming pool with the setting sun produces magical photos. In short: book!

Monia and Fabio are wonderful hosts! They gave us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants and other activities. The house and the pool is very clean, the appartement is spacious and has very nice interior. Check in and checkout is very easy and the hosts are always available if you'd ever need something. You can find anything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Overall this place is really beautiful and unique - we had a wonderful time and cannot recommend it enough! :)
