Peter is a very kind, nice host and full of valuable tips for guests. The apartment is a 10-minute drive from the center of Forlì and allows you to fully relax in the silent sounds of nature. I will definitely be back!

The house and grounds are stunning and full of character. My son loved playing in the garden and we enjoyed going for walks and having bbqs. Stunning nature and surroundings. We didn’t want to leave!

Our stay with Luca and Maddalena was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we checked in early with their welcoming son, we felt right at home. Luca and Maddalena truly spoiled us with their kindness, always catering to any need. The location is perfect – it has a charming countryside feel, yet it's close enough to the city of Bologna and the Apennines to explore the mountains. We stayed for a month and wished we could have stayed longer. There's plenty to explore, and it really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We had a few lovely days in Brisighella and enjoyed our stay in Francesca’s place. The country house was exactly what we were looking for - alone, rustic but close to a small town. The view from the house is beautiful, as is the entire surrounding area. We rented electric mountain bikes from the hotel in Brisighella before our arrival (organized via email) and thoroughly enjoyed long rides through the countryside. Due to recent rains, the walking path down to the town was not passable but with a car and our bikes, this was no problem. The restaurants in town are wonderful, everyone was very friendly and we also enjoyed visits to Faenza and other surrounding smaller villages. Thank you for a great stay, Francesca!

Studio apartment in the countryside, spacious faentine, equipped with every comfort. The Owners were helpful and very kind, also giving tips on places to visit nearby. Present brochures of neighboring countries. Quiet area, full of vineyards and fruit.

This is the second visit to Villa Calanco and there will be a third! Beautiful Villa in beautiful part of Italy. The apartment and pool is so well maintained and Franco is the perfect host - friendly, respectful and takes great care in preserving the Villa. Dozza is a 15-20 minute walk and one of the most remarkable places I’ve visited. I recommend the panneteria and bottega for daily foodstuffs. Beyond Dozza there is much to see and do or alternatively relax at the poolside. Thank you again Franco. And hopefully see you next year.

Our son was with his trainer for 1 week in Castel San Pietro Terme. They loved Cristina's place and really enjoyed their stay there. Cristina was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We definitely recommend it. If we are in the area again, we would be very happy to book with Cristina again.

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 12. The pool is really a gem, especially with the warm weather. Great agriturismo's in the neighborhood for food and even a free electric car charger at the supermarket down the road!

It was one of the best vacations we had in Italy! One of the best airbnbs we've stayed in. Super private, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, etc. Everything we needed and were looking for on this trip. The views and landscape are so breathtaking! So many nature! And best of all: dog friendly! Can't wait to go back soon!
