As a small family of 5 plus a dog we had chosen Marzia's place for the quiet and at the same time convenient location to visit Ravenna, spend some time at the sea and spend a day in Mirabilandia. We were not disappointed: the accommodation was super comfortable (☕️very good coffee from the machine; dishwasher; freezer...), very clean with great views of the large park (great for our guys to vent a little!). We were warmly welcomed; Marzia also showed us their turtles and gave us some directions on where to enjoy the sea. Really great stay; at a reasonable price!

Very comfortable and easy to reach accommodation, with parking inside the property and lots of free parking outside. The nearby dog breakage area was much appreciated, and the short distance from the beaches and the sea.

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

I was there for 11 days, the reception was very friendly, language barriers could be overcome with Google Translate, Daniela is very friendly and personable and also gave me tips on excursions in the area. The house is very quiet very close to the beach which fortunately was not yet crowded in April:). The house is equipped with everything you (I) needed, nothing was missing, especially I liked the bed, it has a very good mattress on which I could sleep very well:). I was also lucky with the weather and did a lot and it is true for me a very nice, great and relaxing holiday. Sights and shopping are easily accessible, I have been very satisfied with everything and I lacked nothing, my small Dog and I were very happy here.

This homestay is next to the train station and there is a parking lot downstairs, so it is very convenient for public transportation and private cars as a temporary residence.The apartment has a two-bedroom, one-living room layout, and is also very relaxing. The host also prepared a simple breakfast for us. Even if we disturbed him very late, he still patiently helped us. Thank you very much.😊

The apartment is just as seen in the photos, practical and comfortable. Good location, you can get closer to downtown by taking a walk. Nearby services. Easy parking. Elena is a good hostess.

Giada's house is very well kept and has all the comforts. We traveled with a 5-year-old girl and recommend this solution for people traveling with children. Convenient parking under the house and quiet area. We brought our bikes and moved around very easily to visit the whole city. Giada was very responsive to every request, giving us useful info and tips. we had a really good time.

The place was great! The location was very nice and easy to walk to. Since the apartment was located in the courtyard of the house, it was very quiet there. We felt comfortable Communication with the host was great at all times. Thank you so much for everything!

Even though we weren't there for the beach, the place is conveniently located a short walk from the sea. Very clean, perfect accommodation for 4 people. Impeccable welcome, I would recommend it.

The place was as described. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. So far everything as expected and nothing to complain about. Gina was nice and always responded. The apartment is located on the sea, is quiet and also has a good view with sea view from the living room balcony. Happily again!
