Come piccola famiglia di 5 più un cagnolino avevamo scelto l’alloggio di Marzia per la posizione tranquilla e allo stesso tempo comoda per andare a visitare Ravenna, passare un po’ di tempo al mare e passare una giornata a Mirabilandia. Non siamo rimasti delusi: l’alloggio era super confortevole (caffè ☕️buonissimo dalla macchinetta; lavastoviglie; freezer….), pulitissimo con ottima vista sul grande parco (ottimo per i nostri ragazzi per sfogarsi un po’!). Siamo stati accolti calorosamente; Marzia ci ha anche fatto vedere le loro tartarughe e dato qualche indicazione su dove goderci il mare. Davvero splendido soggiorno; a un prezzo ragionevole!

Alloggio molto comodo e facile da raggiungere, con parcheggio dentro la proprietà e tanti parcheggi gratuiti al di fuori. Molta apprezzata l'area sgambamento cani vicina, e la poca distanza dalle spiagge e dal mare.

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Ich war für 11 Tage dort, der Empfang war sehr freundlich, Sprachbarrieren konnten mit Google Translate überwunden werden, Daniela ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch und hat mir auch Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen sehr nahe am Strand der zum Glück im April noch nicht überlaufen war :). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man (ich) brauchte es fehlte an Nichts, besonders gut hat mir das Bett gefallen es hat eine sehr gute Matratze worauf ich sehr gut schlafen konnte :). Ich hatte auch Glück mit dem Wetter und habe sehr viel unternommen und es wahr für mich ein sehr schöner, toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar, ich bin rundum sehr zufrieden mit allem gewesen und es fehlte mir an nichts, mein kl. Hund und ich waren sehr glücklich hier.

Tutto perfetto. Matteo è stato molto gentile, preciso nelle informazioni e rapido nelle risposte. L’appartamento è vicino al centro e con ampio e comodo parcheggio gratuito. Anche se il palazzo mostra i suoi anni, l’appartamento è perfetto e ristrutturato recentemente. Non manca niente. Ascensore comodissimo. Ottima ospitalità con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

El apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, práctico y cómodo. Bien situado, te puedes acercar al centro dando un paseo. Servicios cercanos. Aparcamiento fácil. Elena es una buena anfitriona.

Excellent location for our weekend as we were there for Ironman Cervia. A lovely clean modern apartment.👍👍

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß super schnell in den Ort gelangen und dort etwas essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Marco ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

la casa di Giada è tenuta molto bene e ha tutti i comfort. noi abbiamo viaggiato con una bimba di 5 anni e consigliamo questa soluzione per chi viaggia con bambini. Parcheggio comodo sotto casa e zona tranquilla. noi abbiamo portato le biciclette e ci siamo spostati molto agevolmente per visitare tutta la città. Giada è stata molto reattiva ad ogni richiesta dandoci info e consigli utili. ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene.

Die Unterkunft war super! Die Lage war sehr schön und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da die Wohnung im Innenhof des Hauses gelegen war, war es dort sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit super. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Même si nous n’étions pas là pour la plage, le logement est idéalement situé à quelques pas de la mer. Très propre, logement parfait pour 4 personnes. Accueil impeccable, je recommande.

Esperienza ottima. Abitazione molto spaziosa e con tutti i comfort necessari per il soggiorno. Proprietaria disponibilissima e cordiale. Ottima la zona, tranquilla ma al tempo stesso vicina sia al mare che ai principali luoghi del divertimento

Die Wohnung ist sowohl nah an den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie auch am Strand. Sie verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Es ist leicht, Cervia wie auch Ravenna zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden immer wieder hinfahren. Cinzia und ihre Töchter sind sehr professionell und serviceorientiert und darüber hinaus auch noch nett. Alles klappt reibungslos. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Wohnung sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötig wird. Soweit alles wie erwartet und nichts zu beanstanden. Gina war nett und hat auch immer geantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt am Meer, ist ruhig und hat auch eine gute Aussicht mit Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer Balkon. Gerne wieder!

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is een klein appartement, waar perfect gebruik gemaakt is van de ruimte. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Voor ons zeker een adres om terug te komen!

Dit is waar je moet zijn! De eigenaren, de locatie, het uitzicht dit moet je gezien hebben en meegemaakt! Wij hebben enorm genoten van de gastvrijheid en raden deze locatie zeker weten aan !
