Beautiful place, just as described. Perfect location! Great hostess. Alessandra was always very friendly and made sure everything went smoothly.

We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Great location within 5 minute walk to the old town. Quiet. Spacious.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay and Christiano and Sara were both very friendly and helpful - the place is beautiful and Sara and Christiano have a shop with delikatesses just below the apartment which we also enjoyed during our stay. /Eva

Angela's house is in a delightful area of Ravenna, just outside the historic center which is easily accessible on foot. It is furnished simply but tastefully, very clean. Angela is very kind and helpful at all times. We had a great time in Ravenna and in Angela's house and hope to return soon to this beautiful city to complete the visit of the monuments that we did not have time to visit.

Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

My partner and I stayed in Marianna's apartment for a couple of days and had a great time, we felt at home. The apartment was clean and welcoming, it matched the photos and description in the listing exactly. We also particularly appreciated the breakfast provided. The area is quiet and central, you can easily get around on foot to visit the various monuments. Marianna was very nice and always proactive. Highly recommended stay, we will definitely be back.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the place was really nice for that. It's three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities are really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ravenna and Cinzia made us feel right at home. She was extremely helpful and personable. The apartment was as described and just a short walking distance from the historic district. We hope to return in the future.

Everything was completely amazing, Dino is an amazing host. During my first night, the supermarkets/gas stations were closed, and i asked Dino whether there’s a delivery service from where I can order some water from… Dino knocked on my door in 5mins and brought me few bottles of water 🤗

Very nice quiet place to stay, no passing traffic and parking on a driveway off the road. Manola is lovely and lives next door. Train station is a 20 minute walk away giving frequent trains with short journeys to Ravenna and Rimini so a good option if you want to visit these cities and avoid the traffic. An excellent price to pay for this location. Highly recommended.

Giuliana's place was perfect! My girlfriend and I stayed for a week during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali at Imola as we were working the event. The location is fantastic, it was closer than most parking lots and a 5 minute walk to the track with no hassle for parking the car near the AirBnB. The entire apartment was spotless, had all the furnishings you could wish for including a washer and drying rack, AC was working great - we had absolutely no negative comments, everything was perfect.

The condo was great! Very spacious, pleasant and with two nice outdoor decks, AC, comfortable beds, my own garage space for my car and washer and dryer in one, I felt right at home. The only thing missing that would have made it perfect was a microwave. The Airbnb host was very attentive, helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants and sights to see in the area. I’ve recommended this listing to my family members when they stay in Ravenna.

So this was our first time in Ravenna and we’re so glad we came. The downtown and mosaic churches are lovely. It was nice to have a place so close and with off-street parking. What a treat! The place was private and quiet. The bathroom was amazingly spacious and had lots of room to do laundry too if you need it. The host was very thoughtful and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

In the more than 5 years I've traveled and rented apartments on Airbnb, I've never stayed in a place as amazing as Micheline's. From the beginning, the flexibility of check-in was impressive – she allowed me and my girlfriend to enter well before the scheduled time. Both Micheline and Matteo were extremely attentive and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The apartment is impeccable, fully equipped, with first-class cleanliness, excellent internet and several convenience items, such as cleaning products and seasonings available. The location is also great and very safe. We stayed for a month and, when we left, we felt a great sadness for leaving such a special place for us. Our only regret was not staying longer or renting the apartment for a longer season. I can say with confidence, as someone who has hosted on Airbnb: this apartment is amazing, and Micheline and Matteo are exceptional hosts. We will miss it.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. I am a medical student from Thailand doing a medical fellowship for 2 weeks in Ospedale Morgagni in Forli which is very close to Barbara’s house. I’ve been using airbnb for 5 years and this is undoubtedly the best experience I’ve ever had. Barbara is very profesional. The house is very clean and the area is very peaceful, only 5 minutes walk to the bus which takes you directly to the city center within 15 minutes. Barbara is a very kind and caring airbnb host. She always ask whether I need anything as well as Michela and Barbara’s Mamma. I feel as if I’m in a family’s house.
