Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Ravenna

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Centrally located town house literally a stones throw from the old city walls. Mews type accommodation that has been thouhtfully renovated so retaining rustic charm that has been punctuated with modern features and fittings in perfect syncopation. Drop off possible immediately outside property with secure private off road parking available further away, (e scooter or bike recommended to minimise travel time otherwise 5min walk). Thoroughly recommended for a short stay in this interesting city.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Angela's casetta was perfect for us! It was a short, lovely walk from a the town center. There are restaurants and grocery stores even closer. The place was very clean, had lots of space and had private front and back patios. Angala and her son are lovely, kind and helpful. They provided suggestions and we're quick to respond to our questions. They took care of every detail. We had a lovely stay in Ravenna, at their casetta!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nella villetta con giardino di Omar e si è rivelata una scelta azzeccata. La casa è a pochi minuti di auto dal parco di Mirabilandia, questo ci ha permesso di raggiungere facilmente tutti i luoghi d’interesse senza problema di parcheggio. Eravamo 3 adulti e 3 ragazzi, più 2 cani di piccola taglia: Omar ci ha accolto pensando anche ai nostri cuccioli; è stato gentile e disponibile. La casa è fornita di tutto, spaziosa e pulita, ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra: riscaldamento, biancheria pulita e profumata, cucina attrezzatissima; inoltre la presenza di due bagni quando si è in tanti è davvero necessaria. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, rifarei questa scelta.

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat einen netten Balkon. Elisa hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super um Ravenna zu erkunden, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben eigentlich immer in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Parkplatz gefunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

La casa di Paolo è un piccolo gioiellino. Siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal centro e da tutti i monumenti. Direi perfetta. Consigliata al 100%

Loved our stay at Francesca’s place. The flat was a lovely place to relax, with a great view of the valley and the bell tower. Right in the centre of town and very easy to access. We were worried about it being too hot in summer being on the top floor but it was fine, and we slept very well. Francesca was very responsive, and really helped us with getting to Dozza by bus. Thank you!

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

We stayed for 5 nights and had such a wonderful stay. Paola drove for us the entire stay and that was very helpful as opposed to having to take the train each day (we travelled with kids). Paola was wonderful and helped us all the way. Having a washer and dryer was useful and the unit is spacious and clean. Perfect for a family. Highly recommended!

This fantastic apartment made our stay in Cervia an absolute dream. The location is unbeatable—surrounded by incredible restaurants just steps from the front door, and there’s even a charming gelato shop right downstairs. The apartment itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with a large common area that’s perfect for meals and relaxing together. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout, with every bedroom offering direct access to the beautiful patio. Everything was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Enrica was a kind and helpful host, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

L'appartement de Daniel est très situé à côté des commerces et de la plage. Il est très calme et très bien équipé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande cet appartement.

Giuliana's place was perfect! My girlfriend and I stayed for a week during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali at Imola as we were working the event. The location is fantastic, it was closer than most parking lots and a 5 minute walk to the track with no hassle for parking the car near the AirBnB. The entire apartment was spotless, had all the furnishings you could wish for including a washer and drying rack, AC was working great - we had absolutely no negative comments, everything was perfect.

Tolle Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, schöne Balkone, Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, einen Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Ravenna. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Paolo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einen besseren Ort, Ravenna zu entdecken, kann es kaum geben.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Cucina e bagno forniti di tutto, letti comodissimi. Abbiamo trovato la casa con riscaldamenti accesi 😊 e un vassoio di pasticcini da thè di benvenuto. Matteo ci ha fornito tantissime info sia su dove parcheggiare che su dove mangiare. Gli host hanno sempre prontamente risposto alle nostre domande, con cordialità e gentilezza. Nelle vicinanze delle Porte di accesso al centro storico ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti e a pagamento, ma volendo, dalla casa si arriva con una breve passeggiata (km. 1,200 circa) a Porta Nuova. Oppure se volete, passata la Porta, sulla destra c' è un ampio parcheggio a pagamento e in breve si arriva a S. Apollinare Nuovo e al Centro. Noi abbiamo mangiato bene a Ca de Ven dietro piazza S. Francesco e fuori Ravenna a Ca delle Aie (Cervia) 20 km circa fuori Ravenna. In altri ristoranti del centro consigliati non abbiamo trovato posto, consiglio prenotazione anticipata. Speriamo di poter tornare a Ravenna. Grazie Micheline e Matteo🤗

è stato bellissimo soggiornare presso la casa di Paola, le foto non le rendono giustizia! spaziosa ed estremamente pulita, è stata l'ideale per la mia famiglia. Paola è una host eccellente, premurosa ma mai invadente ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile! altamente raccomandata!!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! Had the best time! Some great memories made! Thank you Giacomina xxx

Appartamento bello, curato e molto pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario. La posizione centrale permette di esplorare comodamente Marina di Ravenna a piedi, senza bisogno dell’auto — un grande vantaggio, dato che il parcheggio nei dintorni può essere difficile da trovare, soprattutto nei periodi estivi di maggiore affluenza. Grazie a Paola che è sempre stata gentile e reattiva nelle comunicazioni!
