Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Ravenna

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Eravamo quattro ospiti, la casa è molto bella e attrezzata, ci hanno lasciato acqua e qualche snack, posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro…tutto perfetto! Grazie!

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

Il nostro soggiorno a Ravenna è stato super! Angela Maria e la sua famiglia sono degli host eccezionali, sempre disponibili e cortesi. Al nostro arrivo ci sono state fornite tutte le indicazioni della casa e dei dintorni, e anche durante il soggiorno ci sono stati forniti consigli su cosa fare e dove andare. La casa è bellissima, spaziosa e silenziosa. Tutto pulitissimo e con ogni comfort, inoltre è veramente a due passi dal centro, in 10 minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro di Ravenna, noi non ci siamo mai spostati con la macchina. Sicuramente da consigliare e non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat einen netten Balkon. Elisa hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super um Ravenna zu erkunden, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben eigentlich immer in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Parkplatz gefunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

Io ed il mio compagno siamo stati un paio di giorni nell'appartamento di Marianna e siamo stati benissimo, ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'appartamento era pulito ed accogliente, corrispondeva esattamente alle foto ed alla descrizione nell'annuncio. Inoltre abbiamo particolarmente gradito la colazione fornita. La zona è tranquilla e centrale, ci si può facilmente muovere a piedi per visitare i vari monumenti. Marianna è stata molto gentile e sempre proattiva. Soggiorno consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß super schnell in den Ort gelangen und dort etwas essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Marco ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Alloggio molto ben arredato, moderno, cucina attrezzata, in zona tranquilla e vicino al centro storico. Estremamente funzionale ed accogliente. Ci torneremo.

We’ve spent a great October week in Cervia with the family and there are three highlights of the apartment: (1) central location right at the Borgomarina close to the beaches and restaurants, (2) spacious place with 3 bedrooms and living room (3) Alessia as host is super friendly and helpful Watch outs: the parking is quite narrow - I would say it is recommended only for small/medium vehicles and it gets loud during the weekends however bedrooms are quiet. We certainly recommend this place if you’re looking for central location. Overall off-season stay in Cervia is absolutely worth it!

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ravenna and Cinzia made us feel right at home. She was extremely helpful and personable. The apartment was as described and just a short walking distance from the historic district. We hope to return in the future.

Abbiamo scelto l'alloggio di Dino per la sua vicinanza all'autodromo di Imola, in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con parcheggio privato incluso. Dino è stato da subito molto chiaro e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, la casa è nuova, moderna e fornita di tutto e il suo giardinetto davvero molto carino. Se dovessimo tornare a Imola torneremo sicuramente qui, consigliatissimo!

Host gentile e premurosa, ha lasciato anche l'occorrente per la colazione. Appartamento pulito, confortevole, adatto anche a una famiglia, dotato di numerosa biancheria e coperte, situato in zona tranquilla ma abbastanza vicino al centro storico. Unica pecca forse il materasso un po' duretto.

Very nice quiet place to stay, no passing traffic and parking on a driveway off the road. Manola is lovely and lives next door. Train station is a 20 minute walk away giving frequent trains with short journeys to Ravenna and Rimini so a good option if you want to visit these cities and avoid the traffic. An excellent price to pay for this location. Highly recommended.

Giuliana's place was perfect! My girlfriend and I stayed for a week during the Ferrari Finali Mondiali at Imola as we were working the event. The location is fantastic, it was closer than most parking lots and a 5 minute walk to the track with no hassle for parking the car near the AirBnB. The entire apartment was spotless, had all the furnishings you could wish for including a washer and drying rack, AC was working great - we had absolutely no negative comments, everything was perfect.

Tolle Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, schöne Balkone, Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, einen Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Ravenna. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Paolo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einen besseren Ort, Ravenna zu entdecken, kann es kaum geben.

So this was our first time in Ravenna and we’re so glad we came. The downtown and mosaic churches are lovely. It was nice to have a place so close and with off-street parking. What a treat! The place was private and quiet. The bathroom was amazingly spacious and had lots of room to do laundry too if you need it. The host was very thoughtful and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

Il soggiorno è stato perfetto. Cucina e bagno forniti di tutto, letti comodissimi. Abbiamo trovato la casa con riscaldamenti accesi 😊 e un vassoio di pasticcini da thè di benvenuto. Matteo ci ha fornito tantissime info sia su dove parcheggiare che su dove mangiare. Gli host hanno sempre prontamente risposto alle nostre domande, con cordialità e gentilezza. Nelle vicinanze delle Porte di accesso al centro storico ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti e a pagamento, ma volendo, dalla casa si arriva con una breve passeggiata (km. 1,200 circa) a Porta Nuova. Oppure se volete, passata la Porta, sulla destra c' è un ampio parcheggio a pagamento e in breve si arriva a S. Apollinare Nuovo e al Centro. Noi abbiamo mangiato bene a Ca de Ven dietro piazza S. Francesco e fuori Ravenna a Ca delle Aie (Cervia) 20 km circa fuori Ravenna. In altri ristoranti del centro consigliati non abbiamo trovato posto, consiglio prenotazione anticipata. Speriamo di poter tornare a Ravenna. Grazie Micheline e Matteo🤗

Claudio è un ottimo padrone di casa, molto ospitale, affabile, disponibile, pronto a intervenire per qualsiasi esigenza. La sua casa è accogliente, luminosa, dotata di tutto ciò che serve e anche di più. Ed è molto pulita. La posizione è ottima, perché pur essendo molto vicina al centro di Forlì è in una zona residenziale piena di verde e silenziosa. Insomma, ci tornerei davvero volentieri.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. I would always come back and recommend it to all of you ! Thank you Monia and Fabio! Alla prossima

I am a medical student from Thailand doing a medical fellowship for 2 weeks in Ospedale Morgagni in Forli which is very close to Barbara’s house. I’ve been using airbnb for 5 years and this is undoubtedly the best experience I’ve ever had. Barbara is very profesional. The house is very clean and the area is very peaceful, only 5 minutes walk to the bus which takes you directly to the city center within 15 minutes. Barbara is a very kind and caring airbnb host. She always ask whether I need anything as well as Michela and Barbara’s Mamma. I feel as if I’m in a family’s house. I would definitely recommend Barbara’s airbnb to anyone who is traveling or studying in Forli! Thank you so much Barbara
