Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Ravenna

Fantastic AirBnB, very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all amenities and stuff to make a simple pasta meal. In good weather, you can sit outside on the terrace in the available (sun)chairs. With Isabella's instructions, it was easy to find. It looks like a small castle with beautiful views over the river and mountains. Parking at the door and a small restaurant within walking distance. By car 5 minutes to the village with supermarket and other restaurants, bars and gelateria. However, drive to Firenze (90min), Ravenna (75min), Bologna (60min) and Imola (30min). However, the roads are quiet and beautiful over mountains and passes. The region was new to me, but I'm particularly pleasantly surprised.

The property was excellent, very big and clean. Also very peaceful and lovely surroundings.

Laura's house is perfect for a family with children and pets, both for the size and presence of the beautiful garden, and for the convenience near the beach (800m) and for walks on the pialassa (400m). Laura made sure we had everything we needed to stay in the house (towels, everything for the kitchen, detergents, etc.), nothing was missing! Finally, the host was very helpful for check-in and check-out and friendly in all her responses. This is the first time I can say that the accommodation is much nicer in person than in the photos!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

This accommodation is a real slice of heaven in the middle of the fields. We were seduced from the driveway leading to the property. And even more by discovering it. The garden is sublime. The outbuilding in which we stayed is very nice, the photos don't do it justice. For the rest: the kitchen is great for cooking and eating on site, the bathroom is just right with the necessary (hair dryer), the bedding is comfortable! There was enough for breakfast, great! The pool was still a little cool at this time, but it's large, it's great for swimming a little or just having fun 😊 We didn't visit the surroundings, but there are a few restaurants and a local shop for shopping. Finally, a few words for our hosts: welcoming, warm, charming, attentive and available if needed. Excellent! If you want a quiet vacation in a beautiful setting, go without hesitation!

We stayed at this villa in Conventello for a few days and had a great time. The house is modern and complete with everything, but what we appreciated the most was the large manicured garden and outdoor space, perfect for relaxing in peace. The area is very quiet but still convenient to the sea and nearby cities. Ideal for getting away and enjoying nature.

It is a very nice place close to Ravenna and Ferrara. In the lake behind the house there are plenty of wild flamingos. Really, very pretty!!

Very spacious and well-lit apartment, the air conditioning was appreciated from the beginning. Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms. Excellent bathrooms. We'll book here the year we enter.

We had a wonderful stay perfect place for 2 couples. Plus there is an extra bed and bathroom on the 2nd floor. This is an upstairs apartment and may not be suitable if you have trouble climbing stairs. It is a short walk to the beach about 5 mins and lounge chairs with an umbrella are available for 20 Euros for the day. There are many restaurants in the area. We felt safe walking in the area and the home has a locked gate for security. The kitchen is well-equipped and the beds are comfortable. If we return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Nice place with a front yard, great location. A grocery store right behind the house, a beautiful park as well. A slightly busy street, but very clean, the doors and windows are super tight, there was no problem with the noise. There is not so much natural light in the apartment, but it has nicely solved intimate lighting. Very nice and tastefully designed apartment. We stayed here for a month and we enjoyed our stay. By hiding the apartment on the ground floor, you need to be careful with increased wolfness, but there is a dehumidifier and the bathroom is ventilated. The kitchen is well-equipped, unfortunately there is no dishwasher and pan, but otherwise everything you need to use. Spacious fridge, large dining table. Internet was fast. Smart TV with beautiful painting. Valerie is a great person, friendly, accommodating, and very kind. We were well and she showed us to Bologna as well. She helped us with everything, she responded nicely to everything. I can only recommend, the best host I've ever experienced on AirBnb so far. Faenza is a really nice and especially quiet place, beautiful green streets, very clean city.

Highly recommend this air bnb. It had everything we needed for our family of 5. Great location and wonderful host - Lorella was very lovely and helpful. Be aware that bed linen and towels are not included but when you ask Lorella, she will organise these for you.

What an incredible location and property, everything you need for a relaxing holiday - stunning! Owners very attentive and made sure our stay was the best it could be. Short drive to the lovely village of Brisighella, for ice cream, restaurants and the local olive oil. Faenza a short drive with everything you need to make such an amazing holiday. Take note, the pictures of the property and location are good, but it is so much better to see…..just WOW! Thank you to Fadalma (who was great with google translate and our poor Italian), Vincenzo for taking care of the pool and amenities and to Nicolò for all the local information to help us decide.

Everything worked fine

I think this may be the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts were so friendly, interesting and kind. The house is glorious: it feels like home. The pool is heavenly and the park it is set in is beautiful, calm and shady. Heaven. 2 lovely local restaurants - we walked to both - serve genuine food in a friendly relaxed atmosphere. But we ate in a lot because the kitchen was big, comfy and fun to cook in. Completely wonderful stay, especially for anyone who really wants to sample the Italian way of life.

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

During our stay in Modigliana we've had a great time with 3 collegues. The appartements were peacefull and still, the atmosphere is magic!

Amazing Villa, with each en-suite bedroom and luxurious kitchen it was perfect for our stay. Great communication from the host prior to check in meant there was never any issues around where and when to check in.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

Villa Lamborghini is unique: it literally borders the sandy beach strip of Lido di Savio, and its location could not be more convenient for everything. The swimming pool is huge (hotel-sized!) and it is great to be able to come dipping into it straight from the beach, all very pleasant. We were a family of 7 in the upper floor, a large apartment with a superb sea-view balcony, ideal for all our meals outdoor. Both the kitchen and the rest of the house have everything we needed and more, and Silvana has been a great host. We look forward to coming back!

We went to this wonderful house for Easter, two families with children... What can I say... surrounded by nature, surrounded by orchards, the villa is as described, clean and perfect if you have children, they could play outside and run safely. There are many hares that run freely among the orchards, which for me was pleasant. Mrs. Valeriana was very kind as well as Mr. Antonio, they made us find Easter eggs for the children, fruit juices, a tart and cookies, they gave us tips on where to go for Easter lunch since we were looking for a seafood restaurant on the sea and we had a very good time, available and hospitable qualities that I often found going on vacation in this region. I would say everything is perfect and the fact that I am immersed in nature personally by a huge peace. I absolutely recommend this villa, the sea and a half-hour drive away, there is a well-served nearby village, and Mirabilandia 20m away
